  • Great place to stay!

"We had two families arriving for a Holiday vacation and everything was great! We gave each couple a queen room and the 3 boys had the bunks and the 2 girls shared the sleeper sofa. It was toasty warm upstairs, even with a -27 night! The condo is in a great location, close to the grocery store and a quick drive to town. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and Karen was excellent to work with - thanks so much!"

  • So many great things, one glaring bad thing

"We stayed here over Labor Day weekend 2016. Husband, wife, and two kids up from the Denver area to do some biking at Winter Park. The condo is very clean and tidy and the layout is wonderful. We ate most meals in at the well-equipped kitchen (maybe some shelves in the lower cabinets to manage the plentiful cookware?). The location is also quite nice. There's a lovely view of the mountains from the balcony, which overlooks the nearby meadow. Dogs and kids frisk in the meadow. Across the road and down just a bit is the Rec center. The included guest pass got us in for a variety of activities - ping pong, swimming, gym, game checkout, hot tubs, and steam room. Perfect after a busy day of exploring the area. Safeway is just down the hill - an easy trip to the grocery store. Downtown Fraser/Winter Park is just a short drive back down the highway. Grand Lake is about 30 minutes the other direction. We so enjoyed our time here. What was the glaring bad thing? The shocking lack of toilet paper. We arrived Friday evening to find 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper in the entire place. Good thing Safeway is just down the hill. We'll pay it forward to the next guests by leaving some here."

  • Home Away From Home!

"This home truly is a home away from home! We had 9 family members with us including 2 toddlers. The house was a great space for the kids as well as the adults. We enjoyed cooking in the well- equipped kitchen and eating all together on that huge dining table that seats 10. We loved hanging out in the large family room watching Christmas movies on the large screen tv and playing games! We had plenty of bathroom space and used the washer and dryer every day! It was also nice having the garage and mud room for skis and boots! The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. We saw a red-tailed fox friend daily! He is beautiful! We went dog-sledding, tubing, skiing and hiking! A short drive to Winter Park Ski Resort made it easy to get to and from the resort quickly! Christmas Eve was special watching the light parade coming down the mountain at Winter Park. Great vacay! Paul and Nancy are great to work with - they were easy to contact and always prompt in replying to my emails and texts. We will definitely return to this beautiful home."
