  • Fantastic property!

"This beautiful home surpassed all of our expectations! We had more than enough room for two families, with four adults and six children! The home was immaculate and had every amenity imaginable, including large hot tub on balcony overlooking snowy meadow. We especially loved that there were two bedrooms with comfortable King beds, the heated garage, and the beautiful open kitchen and living room! In the past we have always rented ski in/out but this very quiet, private property has raised the bar for us and we will be renting from you again!"

  • Beautiful, functional rental!

"This rental property worked perfectly for our family reunion and accommodated everyone very well, with each bedroom having its own bathroom, plus an extra powder room. The hot tub was a big hit, as well as the creek running through the back yard of the property. The kids had a lot of fun watching for fish in the creek and getting their feet wet in the (very) cold water! The kitchen was very functional, with great quality appliances. Ashley was great to work with, and everything went very smoothly. Thank you!"

  • Wonderful place for a family reunion

"This is a perfect place for a vacation gathering. With bedrooms on all three levels, it is easy to both be together and feel you have some privacy. The house has very good views, is thoroughly equipped with everything you need, and the "great room" and open kitchen make visiting easy. There is quite a bit to do in the area, even in the summer, and, of course, as many mountain hikes (or bikes) as you want. The Safeway and liquor story literally at the bottom of the hill are convenient and well-stocked. One alert: no doubt because of the darn Lodge Poll Pine Beetle, the trees right next to the house have had to be cut down, so when you approach, it will look a bit less wooded than you might have expected. However, several in our party said they preferred the wild flowers growing around the house anyway, and there are plenty of pine walks very close at hand. There were 10 of us, aged 8-74 for a week and I can't think of a single thing that anyone complained about the house. Thanks, Mark, for letting us live there for a week."

  • Love the location

"We loved staying at this house. It's close to town, yet feels like we're remote. The accommodations comfortably fit a large group- there were 10 of us. It borders the National Forest like the owner says and there is a trail literally right out the front door. This trail connects to many other trails and you can even hike/bike to the Winter Park ski area. Beds are comfortable, kitchen well furnished, good internet, big screen tv, big table so all can sit down for meals. One queen bedroom is downstairs next to the mud room which gives privacy away from the main living area. We will definitely rent this home again. The owners are great and are easy to work with."
