  • Great location!

"My daughter and I stayed for one week and loved the location, easy access to everything. The studio was just as described and fit us to a tee! It was well stocked for cooking and the appliances top notch. The shower was exceptional, the murphy bed very comfortable, and we loved the lighting (dimmers) which made it very cozy! Our hosts were easy to reach, replied promptly, and helped with some local things to do while we were in the area. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you!"

  • Perfect for what our family was looking for.

"My family really enjoyed our stay. Nothing fancy, but clean, easy to get to, well furnished and comfortable. Also, the owner was great to deal with and responded quickly when we were discussing renting the unit. Never had a need to talk with her while we were there."

  • SKI IN SKI OUT BLISS

"We are a skiing family. We have rented units in The Iron Horse over the MLK weekend for the past ten years For the past 4 or 5 of those years it has been exclusively w/ Jennifer. She owns several units in the Iron Horse complex and has always been super helpful in accommodating us. never once in all these years have we ever had an issue of any kind. The units are clean & cozy. Jennifer is a great communicator. We always have a stress free terrific time. What more can I say except, "See you next year!" Tom Diess"

  • Just what our little family needed!

"(We wanted to sign the guest book but didn't have a pen.) Our family of three stayed here for our Spring Break ski vacation. Very quiet, nice, and conveniently located accommodations. The ski in/out feature was super-convenient (note: beginner skiers might find the beginning of the Maryjane run that leads to the ski-in Corridor run a little challenging/mogul-y). Enjoyed a short walk to Winter Park Village on our ski day off and location was just a quick drive to downtown. With the well-appointed kitchen, we ate in for about half of our meals. When we ate out, these were our favorite restaurants: Goodys Mountain Creperie for breakfast (in the village), Hernandos Pizza (our son had a lot of fun decorating a dollar bill to put on the wall) and Pepe Osaka's Fish Taco (very good but a bit of a wait). Always appreciate it when someone trusts strangers to stay in their home and feel bad that in our effort to leave the place tidy when we left, we neglected to start dishwasher (husband thought I had, I thought he had). We had wished there were full-size trail maps available in the condo along with the other helpful brochures, so we could plan our ski strategy; we left a few behind for the next guests. Entry codes were a bit elaborate so recommend keeping those handy at all times. All in all, a great trip!"
