  • Perfect Winter Park Condo

"This is a very nice two bedroom condo right in the middle of the town of Winter Park. You can walk to restaurants and shops and only a short drive to the slopes. Communication with the owner was above average. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for working with us on this trip!"

  • Just what our little family needed!

"(We wanted to sign the guest book but didn't have a pen.) Our family of three stayed here for our Spring Break ski vacation. Very quiet, nice, and conveniently located accommodations. The ski in/out feature was super-convenient (note: beginner skiers might find the beginning of the Maryjane run that leads to the ski-in Corridor run a little challenging/mogul-y). Enjoyed a short walk to Winter Park Village on our ski day off and location was just a quick drive to downtown. With the well-appointed kitchen, we ate in for about half of our meals. When we ate out, these were our favorite restaurants: Goodys Mountain Creperie for breakfast (in the village), Hernandos Pizza (our son had a lot of fun decorating a dollar bill to put on the wall) and Pepe Osaka's Fish Taco (very good but a bit of a wait). Always appreciate it when someone trusts strangers to stay in their home and feel bad that in our effort to leave the place tidy when we left, we neglected to start dishwasher (husband thought I had, I thought he had). We had wished there were full-size trail maps available in the condo along with the other helpful brochures, so we could plan our ski strategy; we left a few behind for the next guests. Entry codes were a bit elaborate so recommend keeping those handy at all times. All in all, a great trip!"

  • Great place for entire family

"This condo was perfect for our family reunion. I stayed here with my children while the majority of the family stayed at Snow Mountain Ranch (just 10 miles up the road). It's a short walk in to town. The rec center with indoor pool is also within walking distance. We drove to Snow Mountain Ranch each day for an activity (canoeing, tubing, zip line, petting zoo, & horse back riding). There are also many more activities that we did not do. We had really good bar b que at smokin moes, which had a gorgeous courtyard to sit in for lunch. The Jazz festival was this weekend & although we didn't get tickets it's was easy to hear the music while walking through town. Lastly, I never had to bother owners as everything was clearly explained & prepared for us before we arrived. They also took the trouble to suggest various places to eat & provided trail maps to utilize in a binder left on table. Everything we needed to know was right there in black & white, so fabulously simple. I recommend this cute little place to anyone looking for a hassle free place to stay!"

  • Great ski condo

"This was a very convenient ski in/out condo. Big enough for our family of 4 but very tight with both the Murphy bed down and couch out. Really room for one or the other. Kitchen was very nice and updated. Everything worked wonderfully and had everything we needed. Thanks!"
