  • AMAZING CONDO WITH AN EVEN BETTER LOCATION

"This was an amazing condo! It was in an amazing location that is walking distance from the mountain, shopping, and dining! It was great to be walking distance from everything and not having to drive or find transportation ever time we wanted to go somewhere. Although, if you did want to go into Winter Park or Fraser, the resort provided a free shuttle that would take you into town and pick you up when you were ready. It was very convenient because we didn't have a rental car! Also, this condo was right next to the hot tub and had the best view!! The condo was also equipped with anything and everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Steve, the owner, was very helpful and gave me tips on places to go since we had never been here before. He was great to work with and answered all of my questions very fast! I 100% recommend this property to anyone visiting the Winter Park area! Already wanting to plan another trip and stay here again! :-)"

  • Beautiful large house with room to spare.

"We spent the first week of February at this property and lived it. There were 3 couples, two 1 yr olds and a 3 yr old but we never felt cramped. The babies slept in the downstairs bedroom in cribs that Judy arranged for us, along with 2 high chairs. The 3 couples slept upstairs (with 3 yr old) and had a monitor for babies. The linens and mattresses were clean and comfortable. The toiletries were a nice touch and plenty of bathrooms and space to spread out. The hot tub was clean and some towels were provided, as well as laundry and kitchen detergents. Trash disposal was easy as we dropped it off while on the way to get our skis at Breeze rental. The guys there were fabulous! We skied in and out for lunch every day although the beginner skier took the shuttle for 2days to get his courage up. There is a fairly steep pitch to drop off the trail for about 50 feet or you can walk down the stairs. The 3 yr old went tubing with her parents on the coca-cola hill, also within walking distance (15 min). They also walked into town to take her skating so everything was manageable. The kitchen was perfect as with 9 people (3 little ones), eating out was too much trouble. The pans were past their prime but great knives, flatware, dishes, glassware, etc. The biggest problem we had was the shuttle schedule. The only real grocery is in Frasier and takes awhile to get there. We actually paid a cashier to bring all the groceries back to Base Camp (with one of us along) while the others took the bus back. It probably isn't a problem if you have a car, but we couldn't rent anything large enough for us, car seats and luggage. Home James transportation did a good job for us with the shuttle round trip. Judy in the Winter Park access office answered all our questions before we rented and delivered on baby items and helped us get into the house when the original code didn't work. I'd highly recommend this house, especially if you have a car. However, even without a car, it's only 15 min walk to the village for dinner or home after apres ski in the evening."

  • we had a great stay overall at Bliss. It was comfortable, convenient, and well cared for!

"Overall enjoyed our stay at Bliss very much. We shared the accommodations with one other family and it worked well. The layout is a good one for two families with small children, and is fairly safe and secure. The condo is right on the Orange line Lift to Winter Park which makes skiing low stress and easy logistically. The owner is responsive and vested in providing a great stay. We had an issue with the private hot tub (which is awesome to have right out the kitchen on the back deck) and he responded right away and answered our questions. One thing to note is that the hot tub does make some noise to keep the temperature up, and the Amtrak comes right through the back grounds of the condo and may wake light sleepers. Bring ear plugs! We really enjoyed our stay!"
