  • Amazing Quiet Location in the Woods

"We wanted a nice quiet getaway away from the city and this condo was perfect. It was in an amazing location, just steps away from trails and roads that me and the dog could run on. The views were spectacular. The condo is really close to Fraser and Winter Park as well so getting groceries or grabbing a bite to eat was just minutes away. The condo itself was really clean and well maintained and had everything we needed to cook and just relax up there for the few days we were there. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get to the mountains with their whole family."

  • Great a commendations for two people

"This property is perfect for two people. The bus to winter park picks you up right in front of the building. Easy walking distance to restaurants in downtown Winter Park. Big tip: you will need to pull up on the leaver handle instead of down to open the door after putting in the code."

  • Cozy and family friendly!

"Great little condo! We traveled with out 2.5 and 5yo, the home was equipped with lots of little things for young children like 30-50 piece jumbo puzzles, crayons, foam stickers for craft projects, childrens magazines, small assortment of plastic cups!! The condo was a perfect size for a family of four, but I imagine it would be a tight fit for adults. The buildings are older and the walls seem a bit thin. It was not overly noisy especially given that our stay was over a holiday weekend, but we were able to hear our neighbors when in the living room/kitchen area (shared wall) but the bedrooms were perfectly quiet. There is one full bath and a vanity/sink in the closet of the bunk bed bedroom. The condo is on the 3rd floor and the stairs were a bit precarious, especially for our 2.5 yo. Great location in the complex as it is next to the newly built recreation center. The Fraser trail head is at the entrance of the complex, so we explored the trail multiple times. The trail also leads into town, which was easily walkable for both our kids without a stroller. There was a lot of construction (building a new nature center and new housing construction) along the trail and nearby, which did detract from the natural beauty of the area, however we look forward to visiting again and seeing the new improvements once they are completed."

  • Perfect summer location!

"We loved sitting on the balcony! It was perfect with the warm summer temperatures. The view of the pond, gazebo and mountain range was very relaxing and we enjoyed listening to the live music playing at Vertical Bar. Speaking of warm temperatures, opening the windows allowed good cross ventilation and cooled the condo quickly. Although we didn't cook meals, the full size kitchen appliances and cookware can get you preparing meals easily. King bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was large and water pressure was good. If you need to do laundry, it's a few steps out the door. Parking in the underground garage is FREE in the summer. A huge perk!! There is a bike storage "cage" in the underground garage. This was not a locked or closed storage area so bring your lock and cable. The garage is pretty secure since access was by card key. Visiting summer for downhill biking or winter snow sports, you only need to take the elevator, step out the door and are only a few steps from the lift."
