  • February 2017 Stay

"Beautiful condo with nice decor and comfortable furnishings. The kids did mention that the beds in the second bedroom were pretty uncomfortable. We were locked out of our unit for an hour when the garage door opener stopped working and the key wouldn't open the door. Other than that incident, it was a fantastic stay and we will likely return!"

  • Very clean and refreshing

"We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The owner was very prompt in responding to our reservation request and additional questions that we had. The condo was clean, warm, and inviting with a great view. It was conveniently located close to downtown Grand Lake and allowed us to be close to the wedding party and wedding for which we there to attend. We would definitely considered staying here again in the future. Please strongly consider this condo for your next vacation needs! Thank you Sam!"

  • Great Family Getaway

"For our family group of 8, ranging from ages 2 through 60's, this condo was ideal. Just a short car ride from Main Street, the views along the way were spectacular (Boreas Pass Drive) and the roads were well maintained despite some new snow during our stay. The condo's kitchen is large and well stocked, with an adjacent dining room large enough for our group. Clean and cozy, the condo has a large living room, and the WIFI was excellent. We enjoyed the hot tub although it's outside and a short walk away from the condo's entrance. The only drawbacks were the mattresses, which were hard and had all the adults complaining of back pain after 4 nights, and the chirping of the fire alarm in one of the upstairs bedrooms that woke us all up one night and then mysteriously stopped chirping in the morning. Check-in was easy and the property managers were good to work with. While in Breckenridge, we enjoyed tubing at the Adventure Park, skiing, shopping and dining on Main Street, and we had a fantastic morning at Breckenridge's amazing indoor pool/gymnasium. Our 4-year old even had a chance to learn rock-climbing there."
