  • Sumer Fanily Vacation

"This townhouse was very comfortable for my family of 5 adults. The 2 suites plus 2 bedrooms and one shared bath gave us plenty of room to stretch out after our day of hiking or relaxing at the nearby shops. The location was very easy to get in and out of with good grocery stores very close. The kitchen was nicely updated with stainless steel appliances and granite tops. Cabinets were stocked with anything you would want to prepare your own meal and Great table to all sit around to enjoy good meals and conversations. The grill on the patio is natural gas so no worries about having to mess with tanks. A great condo for your family vacation and we would go back with out question."

  • Fabulous vacation, fabulous home!

"This home and stay will not disappoint! This is a wonderfully updated property with every amenity needed, and some not even thought of! The kitchen is beautiful and very complete with gorgeous updates! One of the baths was completely updated, the other was very nice and we were told was scheduled for a complete update in a few weeks of our stay. We wouldn't have even thought of it but can't wait to see it when we return sometime! There was plenty of room for our family and lots of closet space for a week of skiing! The location was right on the bus line so access to the slopes was very easy and convenient. The heated garage was a real plus for taking off boots and other ski items. The owner keeps everything well stocked and is available for any questions! He was really attentive to know we were comfortable and everything was satisfactory. Great communication throughout the time before, during and after. East Vail was a great area to stay. We usually like to be at the base of the mountain but this was so easy we didn't miss being off the lifts at all. We hope to be able to stay here again, and again. Very nice views as well!"

  • Excellent condo and great location

"The condo is pretty easy to find and is in the 'best' side of Silverthorne. We were visibily impressed with everthing presented. Everything was clean and all the appliances looked new. The bathrooms were fully stocked for 2 weeks. Looking for points to deduct we did go round looking for things that we not available, only to open another cupboard to find something stored there (often 2). Our needs were pretty simple, we were out pretty early to ski and ate out in the mornings and evenings, but we then came back to the hot tub which soothed the excertions of the day away. Particularly liked the dressing gown and the shoes in garage provided! I did cook on 2 occasions as the BBQ was neatly arranged outside the kitchen window. BBQ was brand new, but I did try to clean everthing off (I did want some thyme flakes but could not find in kitchen - I thought about deducting a point, but then realised this was my requirement, plus I used some olive oil that was available). Having arrived with from airport with full ski gear we did not have much room for 'normal' clothes (any 'spare capacity' was eagerly protected for visits to the Silverthorne outlets), so first thing wife checked out was washing machine and dryer. Thank you for this, excellent - just goes to show I always look after her! You could also buy shares in Levis, Columbia and possibly Calvin Klein. Silverthorne is great for skiing at Keystone, Arophoe Basin, Breckenridge, Vail and Beaver Creek (plus Loveland & Copper Mountain). This was why we chose it as location for holiday - we could ski in any of these resorts within 15 mins - 45 mins. Particularly liked Keystone (nearest), particularly that they do not charge for parking. If you want to finish your legs of try 'Ambush' and 'Powder Cap' on North Peak. Overall a great holiday location and communication was excellent - thanks Annette & Harrie. Skiing in Europe next year, but you maybe 2018."
