  • Nice views but needs some updates

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is nice with great views and lots of space for privacy for everyone. The summit county reps are very nice and accommodating. There were a couple of issues however. When we walked in we immediately smelled an odor like stale bacon. The oven was very dirty so we turned it on to clean it but then had to smell that for several hours. I called and complained and they apologized and brought over febreeze to spray. Not much help. The mattresses need to be replaced. Very lumpy and made of a material that made everyone perspire at night. The sheets were of very low quality and baggy and the pillows were also lumpy and uncomfortable. The comforters should be covered like the hotels are all doing now. They smell used. The light was burned out in the walk in master closet. Not sure how that was missed. Overall a great location near the village and a beautiful setting."

  • Perfect location in Aspen, CO

"We had 3 generations (6 adults, 2 children) staying comfortably and privately at this town home. The property is located just steps from the gondola and downtown Aspen. It is an end unit which faces the street (a plus in my book--other units faced the swimming pool). The owner left us a welcoming bottle of wine and checked in during our stay to make sure all was well. The kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable. There were spices, toiletries, paper products, garbage bags, dishwasher soap, etc.--more than I've ever experienced at a rental. Prior to our arrival, I asked the owner many questions and got speedy, patient replies. We will definitely stay here in future."

  • Cozy, clean and well stocked!

"Easy to get keys and check in. Very clean, well stocked and cozy. Great view and amenities. Plenty of storage to keep things organized like groceries, suitcases, etc. Was nice to be put clothes in dressers, food in fridge and dry goods in cupboards. Everything we needed was there for upkeep. Located within walking distance to downtown Breckenridge. The ONLY experience that was negative was the sound from the living quarters directly above us. Very noisy with heavy walking, pounding and dropping of what sounded like a bowling ball. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience!"
