  • Amazing Vacation Home

"We had a great time at this beautiful property! We had a party eight with ages ranging from seven to 70. The accommodations were perfect for us. We had plenty of room, and the house is very comfortable and welcoming. I did have a small snag when VRBO double booked us, but the owner took care of the issue immediately after I alerted him. Did I mention the view? Fantastic! The view from the kitchen and deck is of Grand Lake and Shadow Mountain Lake. You can see mountains for miles. Location is great too. A short walk into town, and just a couple miles to Rocky Mountain National Park. I would definitely recommend this property, and if I get the chance, I will gladly stay here again."

  • Summer in Keystone 2016

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time, as always this rental team did a great job! There were a bunch of small issues in the condo, the hot water was almost impossible to regulate in the showers in both bathrooms, the under cabinet lighting in the kitchen was missing bulbs and the bulbs that did work weren't working properly so they kept going off and on, we couldn't close the window in the Master Bedroom and finally there were not any large frying pans or large pots so cooking for multiple people was very difficult. In a condo that sleeps 8, the kitchen needs to be adequately outfitted for cooking for 8 people."

  • Perfect Ski Trip Getaway

"We had a wonderful 6 night ski trip in this condo. As the pictures show, it is an older, rustic condo decorated in "mountain style" which we loved. The view out the sliding door knocks it out of the park compared to many other units in the area. You can see out over Lake Dillon to the runs of Keystone, including the lit runs for night skiing. It is definitely a wonderful deal with the reasonable price, and had all the amenities listed plus several additions. I especially appreciated the information sheet from the owner - it made getting in a breeze (no separate location to check in) and had all the reminders we needed for checking out. The bed was comfortable and had nice linens. The bedroom setup allowed for access on both sides of the bed, and there was a handy storage unit in the closet. In fact, storage was really great in the whole condo. There was a recessed set of shelves in the living room perfect for ski stuff, and a useful shelving unit in the bathroom. The sink with a large counter is outside the toilet/shower which makes getting ready easy in the morning. The shower had great water pressure and is high enough on the wall for tall people like my husband. The towels were really nice ones and we appreciated having a working bathroom fan. The owner also provided complimentary toiletries which was nice. The kitchen has a huge peninsula counter for preparing and serving food and the kitchen is well stocked and has many extras. I forgot coffee filters and there were two packages which I really appreciated. It was well stocked with cookware, dishes, dish detergent and trash bags. The condo is about 6 steps down from the parking lot, and there is also a ramp to roll or slide a cooler down. It is easier to drive to than many of the condos when the roads are snowcovered since it is right in Dillon. It was a cozy retreat every evening after fun days on the slopes at Copper Mountain."
