  • AWESOME vacation!!!

"We couldn't ask for better accommodations! The building is located right on the slopes. As soon as you go outside, you put your skis on and go down the hill to the ski lift. There is no need to rent a car because they have a free shuttle to anywhere you want to go! And better yet, when you are ready to be picked up, you just call them and they will meet you wherever you are at. Breckenridge is my favorite ski resort. The slopes have a variety of terrain so the skiing is for every level- and it is HUGE! My favorite part are the restaurants at both the top and the bottom of the slopes so you can always stop for a snack and a drink. My son rented skis, and the ski rental shop was right next to our building. Brian (the room owner) has excellent service. He is always quick to respond to emails and always answers his phone if you have questions. The reservation procedure was flawless. The room is absolutely beautiful with two stories (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs) and a downstairs living room and kitchen. It has a panoramic view of the slopes in both the front of the room AND the back of the room. Brian creates an atmosphere that is warm and inviting and as a special touch, a bottle of wine welcomed us as got in the room. The village of Breckenridge is a quaint little place in which you can walk around an enjoy yourself. We loved walking around and looking at all the shops. Our favorite place for pizza was Eric's. It has a game room, fabulous pizza full of cheese, tons of local beer on tap and a game room. Our favorite place for a burger was the Breckenridge Brewery. The burgers are juicy and made to order and they have a brewery right on site. I just absolutely loved the whole experience and I can't wait to go back."

  • Wonderful family vacation home!

"We rented the Johnsons' home for a group of family and friends. It was great for children (ages 4, 8 & 10) - there were toys, books and DVDs. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking full family meals. The view is amazing. The home was clean. We had a fabulous time and will definitely come back."

  • Great location to slopes and very clean!

"We had a family of 5 stay at condo #317 over Presidents' Day weekend. Let me begin by saying the check in was so easy and detailed perfectly in an email, which was great for a late night arrival. The parking was covered and there was easy access to both the condos and the ski lockers. The condo was so clean, and I'm a neat freak, so that was great. It was very dated though in terms of decor and furniture. As long as you can get past the 70s decor, it's very cozy and roomy for a family. The kitchen was well stocked, but it would be nice if they had more pans, or better yet, an electric griddle for making mounds of pancakes in the morning. It just takes too long on the stove with meat cooking. Otherwise, all appliances worked well and the staples like trash bags, dishwasher detergent, tin foil, salt and pepper were there. The two bathrooms were very clean and simple. The beds do require some upgrading when it comes to the mattresses. I can get passed the 70's decor, but hard beds after a long day of skiing is problematic. Even the kids complained that the beds were too hard. Oddly, they had great comfy pillows, so that was certainly nice. It's convenient to the slopes, but quite far from downtown. I wouldn't recommend if you didn't have a car or wanted to walk to town."
