  • Wonderful Stay and central to everything we love about Summit County

"Wonderful and well kept town home. My 2 children, myself, and our dog loved this 2 story town home close to everything. It had everything we were looking for both inside and out! Great memories for our last family ski trip before my youngest graduates High School. stayed March 13th, 2017"

  • A great family house in Snowmass.

"We have rented this house for five consecutive years. It's a beautiful house with great views and a very convenient location. We have a large, multi generational family that enjoys skiing together. The layout with a bunk room and two large family TV rooms works perfectly for us. The property management group has also been very good to work with. Highly recommend."

  • Great family vacation home!

"This home worked well for our family trip this winter. We had a set of grandparents, parents and 3 children and there was room to spare. The kids especially loved playing in the large back yard when they weren't on the slopes! Everything was as described and although some might call it dated in décor, that wasn't a problem for us as we have small children so we weren't looking for fancy and instead found it homey. Check in and out was super easy and everything was clean. I think it mentions somewhere if it snows, you may need a 4WD vehicle to make it up to the house. One night, we went into town for dinner while it was snowing and by the time we came back, we couldn't get up the hill in the car. However, we just circled around and came in the "back way" via Boreas pass which has a less steep grade. So unless there's major snow, I don't think this is a problem and they do plow the road - I hope that helps make rental car decisions. I do recommend a car, as although there is a shuttle stop somewhat nearby, it's at the bottom of the hill and there isn't a sidewalk for most of it. However, it's a max 5 minute car ride to anywhere in town so the location is great and the views, if you decide to come in via the Boreas Pass, are amazing!"
