  • December 2016 Stay

"This is a great condo with space galore and very convenient to grocery store, gondola, and easy walk downtown to all the cute little shops. It is a ski in condo which was nice for all the skiers in our group and there is Christy Sports right across the street to rent your ski equipment. I liked that it was on the 4th floor so you didn't hear any noise above you and that it had an elevator for easy access. Views of the mountains from this condo were spectacular. 2 hot tubs were nice and never seemed busy even over the New Years holiday. Fireworks and light parade very easily visible out the windows and the 3 decks were nice. Easy to get to condo as you come into town and don't have to go through the busy main street. Would definitely come back here again and would recommend this condo to anyone with a big group. Can accommodate 12 easily with room to spare. Never felt crowded. We loved our Breckenridge vacation!"

  • Expansive and comfortable stay in convenient location

"This large house has much to recommend it. A large living room offered plenty of comfortable space for our group of 11 older adults to mingle. A large kitchen was well equipped with big enough pots, ample crockery and cutlery and plenty of work space - with a second fridge in the garage. For groups of peers like us, there was significant disparity between opulence of the Master Suite and the other bedrooms: this would be less of a concern if the matriarch and patriarch were sponsoring a family trip, for example. The second suite was a comfortable size and the remaining bedrooms were relatively small - big enough for a queen-sized bed but not a king. Four of the bedrooms open into the living area - so early rise or late-bird noise can be of concern (though we're old, so late birds not so much a problem). Towels were plentiful, but sheets and beds varied in quality though all were adequate. The laundry has a washer and two dryers. There are 7 bedrooms. One is an enormous master suite (~800 sf), a second is a junior master suite on the basement level with its own en-suite bathroom. There is a queen-size ensuite on the basement level and a queen size with its own bathroom (but with no window) on the same level. On the main level, in addition to the master, there are two queen-sized bedrooms that share a bath. One has a window but the other doesn't have an outside window - merely a window that opens onto the laundry room and garage entrance. In the loft area, there is a bedroom that has a queensized bed - and through it are two other bedrooms in a chain - each with two singles. This complex of rooms shares a bath. On that level there is an open loft area with a daybed and a small office that could have a bed in it. We were comfortable and just had quibbles about a few things. We'd recommend staying here, considering it very suitable for a family group."

  • Stylish condo, great location

"This condo and location were perfect for a long weekend getaway with my two children. The condo was very well-equipped, comfortable, and nicely updated/decorated. The proximity to the ski lift is fabulous as is the proximity to town. In fact this is the first time that I've come to Breckenridge and not gotten in my car again after I parked it in the garage. Thanks for a lovely stay."
