  • Great place!!

"We were 4 families that met at this house for 2 nights & 2 days. It's very kid friendly & the pool was a big bonus!! The house is older but lots of it has been updated. We'll go back if we're in the area!!"

  • Spectacular Views

"We loved it. The views were beautiful and the fully furnished kitchen was great. We loved that when we wanted to stay in to make a nice dinner we could relax and have a glass of wine while enjoying the views as well as the warmth of the cozy fireplace. Gary was extremely welcoming and made sure to follow up on second day to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again when we go back to Colorado Springs."

  • Beautiful Vacation Home

"What a beautiful home with a fantastic view, looking over the Burgess Reservoir, sometimes called the Spring Valley Lake. We were behind the dam looking over the lake directly at Pike's Peak. The mountain breezes kept us cool all week and the sleeping was ideal. Great access to Divide and the Irish Pub Restaurant. The home has a great gas BBQ grill on a wide open deck facing the lake. The bedrooms are spacious with ceiling fans that only add to the cool breezes that continue all night long. WiFi and TV connections to NetFlix, Amazon and Hulu have me rethinking my choices at home. The property manager provides all linen, trash and clean up services, which was fantastic at the end of our stay. The home is perfectly appointed and the manager promotes leaving unused items for the next renters. So, little things like cinnamon and sugar for french toast, are already there. Temperatures at home were in the high nineties while my wife and I wore sweatshirts to play cards and enjoy blender drinks in the dining room with my sister and brother-in-law. What a great place to relax and have fun."

  • Everything we expected and more!

"Upon arrival, the house was clean, the grass freshly cut and the interior nicely decorated. The ping pong table brought a lot of laughs and enjoyment! The basement became the perfect "man cave" spot before my son went off to college. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. The kitchen was the focal point and the spacious spot worked perfectly for my hungry group. All the utensils and cooking supplies were handy and available to use. All of the appliances are new, clean and functioned well; the dishwasher was greatly appreciated. We had an issue with blowing a fuse in the basement but finally figured out how to override it. A minor issue with the water temperature in the washer but Brett (one of the owners) quickly responded via a phone call and even left some laundry money under our mat for the inconvenience the next day! It was wonderful to relax in front of the tv on the comfy couch and watch the Olympics while a lightning storm passed by. The beds are comfortable and always had a good night sleep. We will definitely return!"
