  • Very Sweet place to stay

"My wife and I needed a get-away badly and this certainly fit the bill! The house was clean and well furnished. Had everything we needed for a relaxing and private vacation. Hot tub was a very nice touch as we sat in it and were just amazed at the millions of stars! There was a little more road noise than we would have liked, but that would not keep us from coming back.We brought our two dogs with us and they absolutely loved romping throught the woods and snow! It was close enough to the towns so we could grab whatever we needed. If I had to give one criticism it would be the couches. They have definately been used well as most of the cushion is gone in the seating portion. Could really be replaced. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to come back!"

  • Spacious home with views!

"Wood's Ridge is a wonderful place! My 3 friends and I stayed there for a ski weekend and we couldn't have asked for a better place for the price. We used the grill one night for dinner, soaked in the hot tub after skiing and enjoyed the views constantly. Although the tv isn't huge, it was big enough to watch the Broncos win the Super Bowl! I would definitely stay there again with friends or my family."

  • Deja Vu in the Colorado Rockies

"My husband and I hiked Pikes Peak to the summit on the Barr trail in 1994. We wanted to visit the area again and chose The Old North Cottage for our visit. The house was immaculate and even better than described for the 2 of us and our Mini Aussie pups. The fenced in back yard with a gazebo was great for the dogs and drinking wine in the evening. You can actually walk to the nearest grocery store! We ascended Pikes Peak again, but this time via The Cog Railroad. Loved this place and would certainly return for our next Colorado Springs visit."
