  • Great time!

"We enjoyed our time in the cabin. We did get to see a deer, which the kids liked a lot. It was convenient to the activities we did."

  • Fabulous

"The cabin was perfect for us. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We stayed on the patio in the evenings cooking on the grill and enjoying the mountain view. Deer walked through our yard almost every night and sitting in the crisp mountain air at night was so relaxing after long days of sight seeing. We will be back next year!"

  • Spacious mountain cabin in a beautiful setting

"We had 2 families with young children stay at this cabin and everyone had a wonderful time. The cabin is surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery and the children spent almost all their time playing outside when we were at the cabin. The property was well stocked and clean, and we ended up making all our meals there instead of ordering out or going out to eat. I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a quiet getaway or those with children. The only thing I would like to warn others about (especially those not from a mountainous area) is to prepare for altitude sickness. We all had vague, mild symptoms, but that should be expected almost anywhere in this area."

  • Great cottage, perfect location

"I stayed at Nancy's cottage over a weekend while working on a Colorado Trail crew nearby. Upon arrival, I unfortunately interrupted Nancy as she was making dinner, but she couldn't have been nicer in showing me around the cottage and recommending some places to go nearby. The cottage is just as it should be and even bigger than it looks in the pictures. When I brought my stuff up to the bedroom upstairs, I was worried it would be too hot to sleep in. But I opened the balcony door windows and as soon as the sun set, it cooled off to the perfect sleeping temperature. All of the other cottage accommodations were perfect. The wifi was strong and reliable. The location couldn't have been better. Less than 2 blocks to the main part of town with every restaurant, bar and shop you could want. I recommend City on the Hill for coffee or a quick lunch, Tennessee Pass Cafe for a good sit down lunch/dinner, and Periodic Brewery for a good kolsch and some Pb schwag. Take a trip to Turquoise Lake for sunset... You won't regret it. I will definitely try to book the cottage again the next time I'm in town. LOVED IT."
