  • Beautiful Cabin Getaway

"The house and property are fantastic. The house was very clean and has everything needed for a vacation stay. The wrap around, partial covered deck was perfect and the views were great. Close to town and the national forest. This was easily the best vacation house I have booked. The owner was fantastic with communication and incredibly accommodating. I cannot recommend this house enough. We would return to this rental and recommend it to others."

  • Peaceful and Comfortable Cabin!

"This is a cozy mountain home with amazing views! The home provided all the amenities needed and more! The kitchen had a variety of cooking utensils and provided some non-perishables that prove to be very useful if you forgot a few small items! Paula was easy to communicate with and very understanding of tenant needs. Much like the other warnings posted: •prepare for the high elevation, even living in Denver did not prepare me to spend the weekend in this 11000 ft in elevation solution was to drink plenty of water and I found the boost oxygen cans to come in handy •if traveling in the winter, 4WD is HIGHLY recommended, as there is about a two mile stretch of dirt road that is somewhat maintained but there are spots where you can get stuck Even with the previously mentioned warnings, the house was well worth it! We plan a lot of mountain trips and we would definitely consider going back!"

  • Great accommodations at the Cozy Burro

"This is the third summer that our Board has chosen to use the Cozy Burro for our annual retreat. We work in the mornings, take walks and enjoy the surrounding area parts of the day, and enjoy watching a film together in the evenings. There are eight of us, and the Cozy Burro is the perfect size for us. It is quiet, but it is close to the restaurants in town, since we like to have one evening free from cooking. Each year, we all agree that it will be the Cozy Burro for us again next year! Lara Newton C.G. Jung Institute of Colorado"
