  • A great place to unwind and relax inbetween seeing all the wonderful sites in the Pike's Peak area.

"Reed's Retreat is a charming cozy 2 level condo. There was plenty of room to accommodate our party of 6. All you need to bring is your clothes and your food. Everything else was provided. Having 2 TVs, one on each level, offers separate areas for the kids and adults to unwind. There are plenty of things to do in this area no matter what the weather is like. Our stay was short but we plan to visit the area again and we will definitely book Reed's Retreat for our next stay."

  • Loved the house, felt like a home!

"We came out to Colorado a few days ahead of our new USAFA Basic Cadet's I-Day. We had a lovely family vacation, staying in this house where every amenity seemed to be taken care of. The kitchen was fully stocked with every imaginable appliance, there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and the views from the back deck of the mountains and bunnies was spectacular. Carolyn was very easy to communicate with and even left us cookies! We would certainly be happy to stay here again, which I think is the best thing I can say about this home."

  • Beautiful loft with a great location.

"My wife and I only stayed a few nights, but this loft is awesome. It has all the comforts of home and the location is perfect for walking around town. The jacuzzi tub is huge and nice for a relaxing end to the day. The only improvements I'd suggest are getting a new more comfortable bed and making it easier to find the keys when checking in."

  • Just as described

"Total of 7 of us stayed here. 2 couples in their 30's, 1 couple in their 60's, and my 10 yo son. We all had a great time! We cooked, played board games, enjoyed watching the deer, squirrels and birds, and just rested in the evenings after spending the days sight seeing. Everything you need to prepare a meal is stocked and there is a Safeway Grocery just a mile up the road into Colorado Springs. Lots of cookware, coffee maker, can openerl, corkscrew, rice cooker, crock pot, toaster, outside grill. You may want to bring your own sharp knife though as none of the knives are too sharp. The cantina just a half mile down the road is awesome for food and margaritas too! Really, we just had a fabulous time. FYI though to whomever takes the master bedroom: The fireplace wall is open to the living room so everyone will be able to hear any noises you make. Just food for thought when assigning bedrooms. Oh, and check the inside of the lowest level's ottoman for toys and games. My son had a great time playing foozball with all of us and poking around in the stream. Not sure how safe it would be for small children though---lots of stairs, plus the stream to watch out for. Anyhow, if you book this place you won't regret it. Hope your family has as much fun as ours did!"
