  • Very cozy and comfortable!

"This little cottage was great for our week long stay. It's close to a bunch of attractions so we didn't have to travel too far. Loved Old Colorado City which was just down the street, a grocery store is also just a block or so away. My husband and I brought my mom with us and she loved it and couldn't get over how you can rent a house to stay in. Ha! The house was furnished with just about everything you need....just go get some groceries and your ready. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for being so kind and helpful and allowing us to stay in your cottage. This is a vacation that we will remember forever!"

  • Wonderful cottage

"My family of 4 (small children and older dog) stayed here and cannot say what a wonderful experience we had. The location of the cabin is unbeatable. Out behind the cabin is a wonderful hiking trail with amazing views not to mention the proximity to the Manitou Incline trail that is within walking distance as well. Miramont Castle is right around the corner and it is within easy walking distance to downtown Manitou Springs. Every night, our family would walk to dinner which was such a peaceful experience. We hiked the Incline, the Intemann trail, and visited the castle. Every morning we would eat breakfast outside, play cards on the comfortable porch couch. The cottage is tiny but in the best way! Very clean with a nice modern bathroom, pictures should really be included as it is a very nice bathroom. The bed was very firm but they nicely provided a waffle mattress pad which helped alot. The sofa bed was definitely in need of being replaced soon but my kids didn't complain at all. Very nice kitchen and cozy atmosphere. Definitely stay here if you want a clean, adorable cottage with great location and great views."

  • So Close to Everything!

"We were in love with this little bungalow and were so amazed at how close it was to everything! We could indeed walk to Garden of the Gods and were also close to the shopping area in Manitou, Cave of Winds, the cliff dwellings, and the COG Railway that goes to Pikes Peak. Everything we needed and then some was in the house and the owners were super responsive. We would definitely again!"

  • Great for our small family

"The condo was a great fit for out family of 4. Just enough room to spread out when we needed a break, but small enough to keep us together for some quality family time. The location was convenient to all things Manitou and COS by vehicle. The neighborhood itself wasn't too pedestrian friendly, but that wasn't a need for us this trip. We truly appreciated the pasta and sauce left for us the first night, and the cookie cake was a fantastic touch. Definitely a favorite of the kids! We appreciated the number of amenities and extras provided by the owners like extra towels, shampoos, condiments, detergent etc. No matter how much we plan, we always forget something and at other VRBO properties, we've found ourselves going without until we've made it to the store. Not an issue here. Thanks for sharing your home with us and hope to visit again one day."
