  • So Close to Everything!

"We were in love with this little bungalow and were so amazed at how close it was to everything! We could indeed walk to Garden of the Gods and were also close to the shopping area in Manitou, Cave of Winds, the cliff dwellings, and the COG Railway that goes to Pikes Peak. Everything we needed and then some was in the house and the owners were super responsive. We would definitely again!"

  • Wonderful!!!

"The pictures on the website do not show how much S P A C E this place has!! We have 4 kids ages 11, 12, 12, and 14 and this was our first "real" family vacation. We will never be able to stay in a hotel room again! Joanne was wonderful to work with she was full of local information and was flexible with our driving schedule. The location was perfect close to several attractions and downtown. The multiple bathrooms enabled everyone to get ready simultaneously and the kitchen/grill/firepit saved us a ton of money on restaurants! We would definitely stay here again."

  • Wonderful cottage

"My family of 4 (small children and older dog) stayed here and cannot say what a wonderful experience we had. The location of the cabin is unbeatable. Out behind the cabin is a wonderful hiking trail with amazing views not to mention the proximity to the Manitou Incline trail that is within walking distance as well. Miramont Castle is right around the corner and it is within easy walking distance to downtown Manitou Springs. Every night, our family would walk to dinner which was such a peaceful experience. We hiked the Incline, the Intemann trail, and visited the castle. Every morning we would eat breakfast outside, play cards on the comfortable porch couch. The cottage is tiny but in the best way! Very clean with a nice modern bathroom, pictures should really be included as it is a very nice bathroom. The bed was very firm but they nicely provided a waffle mattress pad which helped alot. The sofa bed was definitely in need of being replaced soon but my kids didn't complain at all. Very nice kitchen and cozy atmosphere. Definitely stay here if you want a clean, adorable cottage with great location and great views."

  • Everyone had a great time at the house. It was the perfect size for our large group.

"Everyone enjoyed the Kulsa house. Our group of 8 adults and 2 children were all comfortable. The pictures and description accurately represent the house, which was well kept and maintained. Great views and even greater weather. Plus the house is in a great location, close to Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak and Cripple Creek. There's too much to do close by in a one week stay. Spectacular views from the main deck, where we spent most of our time at the house. I wouldn't consider the drive to the house difficult, but it would be best to arrive during the day, which we did. The directions provided by the owner were excellent and once you find the house, you are in for a wonderful time."
