  • Spacious home with views!

"Wood's Ridge is a wonderful place! My 3 friends and I stayed there for a ski weekend and we couldn't have asked for a better place for the price. We used the grill one night for dinner, soaked in the hot tub after skiing and enjoyed the views constantly. Although the tv isn't huge, it was big enough to watch the Broncos win the Super Bowl! I would definitely stay there again with friends or my family."

  • Amazing guest house

"The guest house was as good as the pictures looked, if not better. I would highly recommend it. Hope to stay there again soon."

  • Cozy Cabin

"My family of 4 stayed at Moonstone Retreat and had a perfect stay. It was perfect for a place to stay for activities in Salida. We love Amicas for brick oven pizza and their micro brew beers including root beer! The owner also turned us onto Vino Salida. We loved staying near town as it's only about a 25 minute drive to Monarch Mountain for skiing. We also enjoyed Mount Princeton Hot Springs about 30 minutes north of town. The kitchen was a perfect size for cooking a few meals and viewing the South Fork of the Arkansas right out the window! We had deer in the drive/yard most nights. The bedding was comfortable and made for a peacful night's sleep! Thanks Jen."

  • Charming and comfortable, close-to-town home!

"We had a fantastic long-weekend stay at the House on the Corner! Spent hours sitting on the front porch watching the world go by. Loved the spacious dining room and living room areas for relaxing with family, and liked that one half of the family could be upstairs while the other could be tucked away in the downstairs bedroom/bath off the kitchen for folks who go to bed and rise at different times. The proximity to downtown is also perfect... easily walkable for folks of all ages. Ken and his family have thought of everything to make their home a comfortable stay for all. We will definitely be back!"
