  • Comfy, amazing views, fun games

"Great house minutes from Monarch Ski Resort and funky fun Salida. The house is well equipped and features tons of natural light. The game closet is stocked with all kinds of fun puzzles and games."

  • Winter or summer adventures home base

"Charming, clean, and very nicely appointed. Would be great for a summertime adventure base camp for 14ers, kayaking, mountain biking, and hiking. Tons of trails nearby and Salida is an awesome little town. We stayed in the winter and there are snowshoe and Nordic trails with Monarch close by."

  • comfortable, clean, close to downtown

"I stayed with 2 friends at La Casita in september, 2016. We attended the Salida Fiber Festival and this was the perfect accommodation. We walked to the festival which was at the Riverpark, a wonderful venue and place for anyone and everyone to picnic, kayak, walk, and visit. La Casita is small but perfectly comfortable for the 3 of us. It's clean and up to date, plenty of dishes, seating, sleeping, TV and wifi."

  • Great location and well cared for

"Jackie was great to work with. She was super accommodating and responsive to all of our questions. We were able to communicate via text with any questions and she was very responsive. Her place is fantastic and has a great location downtown. Beds were comfortable and the vibe was hip but not intimidating. This unit isn't ideal for cooking due to the small kitchen, but restaurants are near and the kitchen really handled the basics. The parking was a little unclear at first, so make sure you ask about that, but otherwise, all was great and we had such a fun time relaxing in Salida. Thanks Jackie!"
