  • Great stay!

"Great nice to get away from things in SpringValley! Enjoyed the house, the lake and the wild life. In one day we saw bald eagles, a golden eagle and a red tailed hawk. Thanks Catherine!"

  • What a great place!

"We had four generations staying at the vacation home, ranging from age 1 to 89 and all were very comfortable. It was everything indicated and we loved every minute of our stay. Thanks for a great time!"

  • great family vacation rental

"We rented this house for our family vacation before school started. We had 2 adults and three kids, ages 10, 8, & 6. We all loved it! There were deer in the yard every day and the house was tucked into a nice neighborhood with woods all around. When we arrived, we noticed it was quite warm in the house, about 85 degrees. We found out there was no air conditioning and the house had been closed up with sun beating in the windows, so that made it heat up. Luckily, there were plenty of fans and we were able to stay plenty cool during the week. The house is completely stocked with plenty of towels, kitchen items, food items such as jelly, spaghetti sauce, ice cream toppings, etc. The movie and game selection is extensive, in the basement. The location was plenty close to Pikes Peak, NorthPole amusement park, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Cave of the Winds, Royal Gorge (1.5 hours drive), Cheyenne Mountain Zoo (feeding the giraffes is a once in a lifetime experience!), & shopping in Manitou Springs. There was plenty to keep us busy and out and about all week long! Such a fun and memorable trip. Our kids will never forget it!"

  • The place was a perfect place to stay

"The place is perfect for twelve people to stay , if you are planning on seeing the main attractions in colorado, pike peak trail, garden of the gods, palmer park and horse back riding, zip lining, and just plain rock climbing short distances to all of these. A home just like you have at your own, come and go ,or cook, do laundry all the fun thing families do togeather. Our stay in colorado was perfect....thanks to Marcia..... From the Illinois Families.......:)"
