  • This rental has everything you could want.

"My husband and I have never stayed in a nicer vacation rental. The house is spotlessly clean, has a new and fully-equipped kitchen, and boasts spectacular views of the mountains. We were in the Springs visiting our son for Christmas, and the hosts, Joe and Gilly, were so gracious: they left little Christmas touches for us, like a pine cone centerpiece, a Christmas stollen, and even a bottle of champagne with a "Happy Holidays" note! We highly recommend this lovely vacation rental."

  • Great place - great location

"Spent a week here and loved it. Highlights for us: - plenty of space for family of 5, not cramped at all - fireplace kept the place nice and warm - walk to market, Main Street, sled hill (we donated a sled, hopefully it's still in the garage) - blue line bus stop almost right outside the door - quiet collection of duplex buildings, never heard anybody else - good amount of pots and kitchen supplies - jigsaw puzzles (missing pieces make them even more challenging) and cable TV - enclosed (detached) garage is a big plus FYI front door is on French St. but enter the driveway to the garage from Adams just east of French. Would definitely stay here again!"

  • Location, location, location

"Wonderful ski-in ski-out position on Four O'clock run and directly across the road from Snowflake lift and free buses around town. Signage to the condo is not good. You have to go around the back of a building for which only the number 620 is visible in order to find 660, the number of the block in which this condo is located. The name of the building 'Tyra' was covered in snow when we arrived so the instructions for locating the apartment were not sufficient. It is an older apartment but freshly painted and nicely decorated. The bedroom with windows on two sides is very light and gorgeous with a lovely view. It would be good to have a carpenter spend half a day in the condo to rehang the sliding doors between bedroom and living area since they don't close properly and to fix drawers in a bedside table. In general it was well equipped but it would be good to have some cooking containers that could be used in the microwave and more than 2 coffee cups for a condo that sleeps 4. We are a mature age couple who spent 17 nights there and thoroughly enjoyed our time."
