  • GREAT PLACE

"First I would like to say that I have 6 children ranging from the age of 9 to 19..... and the place accommodated all of us plus and additional family of 3.. Plenty of room. Close to the slopes and very easy to find. We loved the separate bathrooms for all of us. 4 bed/4 bath. Two of my boys slept on the couch in living room because they liked the fireplace, we have one at home so it was something they were used to :) .. they are 11 year old twins We have been to Colorado at least 20 plus times mostly in the summer (Telluride)but we also love winter sports so this was a nice treat for our family . The local are very friendly and carefree attitudes, which makes it nice when you are a larger family. The condo has a nice walk in area to store all of your snowboards and gear, which was nice for our big group. The mountain is amazing!!! I would stay here again, not much I can say as a negative reply so I rate it a 9.8 out of 10"

  • Very special place

"Really terrific cabin right in the center of one of the most unique (and special) towns in the Rockies. The cabin is perfectly situated a block off the main street but is itself a destination. It oozes character. I would encourage you to also reach out to the owners who are readily accessible and accommodating."

  • Perfect Location For Summer rental

"This rental was perfect for our needs and accurately described. My husband, teenage daughter and I loved that the bedrooms were downstairs...making it easy to bring in our suitcases and settle in. I also loved the upstairs and the extra bathroom up there. It was nice having that space to relax and plan the day. The living area is bright and spacious yet cozy...room enough for yoga on one side...and a nice deck (unfortunately it rained quite a bit so we didn't get the chance to hang out there. The location was perfect...we walked to dinner each night..walked to rent mountain bikes to ride out of town...and walked to hike. On top of that there were plenty of towels and extra blankets, both of which we needed after the unusual and unexpected cold and rainy (but fun) hiking and biking. We would definitely stay there again."

  • First Street Guesthouse is a Charmer!

"The First Street Guesthouse is in a great location off of Elk Avenue and an easy walk to all kinds of restaurants and shops. We loved the easy access to town and hiking trails while being quiet and peaceful at night. (Nice trail you can walk to up above the Nordic Center) Elizabeth was a great communicator from start to finish. The historic home is beautifully designed with lots of light, lovely views, and special unique touches. With the Jennair Stove and well stocked kitchen, it would be fun and easy to cook a holiday meal for a group. Be sure to try the Japanese Soaking Tub and Steam Shower, what a treat. We found the Guesthouse to be the ideal place for both great fun and relaxing recharge in Crested Butte. Thank you Elizabeth. We hope to be back."
