  • First Durango Ski Trip Over Christmas

"Me and my family had an amazing time and it started when we arrived at this property. It was even better than we expected when we set up the rental. The owners were perfect to work with and even accommodated us when we needed to make a few tweaks because of kid's schedules. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation from them or their property. We will definitely be back!"

  • Excellent rental home and great management interaction

"We spent 3 nights at Cascade Village for a family ski trip. We had 4 skiers and 3 non-skiers in our party. The original property, managed by Rhonda, had a water issue that was beyond her control. She kept us informed every step of the way on the progress of fixing the problem. Before we arrived, it was obvious to her that the water issue wouldn't be settled by the time we got there, so she moved us to another similar unit. We really appreciated her taking such good care of us! We had a great time in the property. It is nicely decorated, nicely equipped and had great views of the mountains. We didn't have any issues the entire time we were there. The ski shuttle was very convenient and is a great way to have a care-free day on the slopes. The only draw-back on the shuttle is that you have limited opportunities to catch it, so you have to be on time. We are looking forward to spending other seasons with Rhonda in one of her properties. It's an easy drive to Durango with plenty of great restaurants to choose from. You can't go wrong with any properties Rhonda has, you will have a worry-free great time when you visit. Thanks for making us feel right at home and well cared for!"

  • Perfect setting and accommodations!

"Our family LOVED staying in this Tamarron condo. It was perfect for our family of four but would easily hold more comfortably. The setting is just perfect as it is nestled right at the edge of the national forest. Look out the back and all you see is the beautiful mountainous landscape. The accommodations in the condo were great! Plenty of room and included everything we needed for a week's stay. We all enjoyed the hot tub and indoor/outdoor pool as well which overlooked the trees and mountains. A short ten minute drive got us to the slopes at Purgatory, which had a nice family atmosphere. Only ten minutes in the other direction to the town of Durango which we enjoyed walking around and dining at the local eateries. One day we took a beautiful drive down to the old mining town, Silverton, and enjoyed doing some sightseeing there. This was a great winter ski vacation for our family, but we really want to come back and stay in the summer! There are so many local activities such as the train ride, mining tours, hikes, and ziplining that we are dying to get back and try. We highly recommend this condo! We felt like it was home to us while we were there and would love to return!"
