"We just stayed for a weekend and the house is great with being well stocked with extra bedding & kitchen supplies. Had a fantastic time, location is wonderful being close to all activities for young & old. Owners are available with text for any questions and were great to work with. Would definitely recommend for a great vacation."

  • Exceeded All Expectations!!!!

"This home was amazing, the photos available do not show how large and beautiful the house is. The home has an open floor plan with gorgeous views. When we arrived we were greeted by the housekeeper who provided some goodies (Snacks, emergency, Advil, etc.) The homeowner also keeps the home stocked with plenty of sheets, blankets, and towels. All of which came in handy when traveling with a group of 10 people. We were all so impressed and pleased with the home it has become a favorite property of all the homes we have rented on VRBO! Cannot wait to go back!"

  • Perfect!

"We stayed at this cabin for 4 nights in early September 2016, as part of a 2 week vacation around Colorado and Utah. I took my parents (now retired) on their first visit to the Mountains, and this cabin was absolutely perfect for our stay in the San Juan's. We had 4 adults in the cabin, and their was plenty of room for us all. The cabin was very clean, comfortable, and had all the comforts of home. We all loved the decorations, and found everything in great working order. The views from the deck are incredible, morning coffee was never so relaxing. We spent much of our time in the Silverton area (hiking, Jeeping, etc) and that is a bit of a drive if you're doing it daily, you have to cross a couple mountain passes, but returning each night to the cabin was such a wonderful welcome. We were bummed to find out you must pay to visit Electra lake, even if you walk down to it. So if you plan on going down, bring money or you can't even walk around it. Silly when you consider the incredible lakes and views everywhere else that don't cost anything. The property manager was responsive and very easy to work with. We had a couple of questions upon arrival and they were answered quickly. We did all of our cooking at the cabin, and the kitchen was well stocked for it, no issues with any of the appliances. This was my first time using VRBO, and it definitely won't be my last. It also won't be my last visit to the Primrose cabin, the pictures really don't even do it justice, the place is fantastic. My parents fell in love with the cabin, we probably could have spent our entire vacation here. Can't wait to come back!"

  • Bennie, Joyce and Julian from Tampa

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house well appointed, great location from Purgatory. It snowed twice while there so snowboarding was perfect. Would love to go back in July but it's already booked. Our loss."
