  • Wonderful Stay!!

"Our large family had a fantastic ski vacation at the Edelweiss condo. The convenience of taking skis off at the door and then returning to the slopes a mere 6 steps out the back door could not be better. The condo was quite comfortable and met all our needs. Then condo was well maintained and clean. I've already thought about returning to this condo for our next ski vacation."

  • Great place for family Vacation!!!

"We stayed in this house for one week in July (10-15): The House: 4 bedrooms was enough for our large family of 12. The owners provide a detailed list before arriving that mentions the walmart in Durango. We stopped before we arrived and loaded up on groceries and other items. The house is about 25 minutes North of Durango (between Silverton and Durango). The drive there was beautiful. The accommodations were spot on and had no issues with anything during our stay. Our excursions: While at Durango House, we took 4 Jeeps on an off road excursion in Silverton (Alpine Loop- also HIGHLY recommend), went to Honeyville, attended the BarD Ranch Chuckwagon Dinner and Show, drove to Ouray (Million Dollar Highway- also HIGHLY recommended) and visited a ranch down the road with GREAT grass fed burgers! Our entire family had a blast and were super bummed when we departed! Great stay and awesome location."

  • cozy, charming condo with nice upgrades

"We stayed at Angelhaus several times a number of years ago before all the construction on that part of the mountain when it was still ski in-ski out. It's not new, but is still well maintained and the manager is especially nice. With the extra condos and the re-routing of the road, there's really no way to ski in and out, but it's not a long walk--maybe 100 yards. The beds in 315 are very comfortable memory foam mattresses--much appreciated after a day of skiing. The kitchen was well equipped and the condo looked freshly painted with some nice upgrades in the baths and a pergo like floor in the great room. We enjoyed the family pictures of the kids growing up--we must have had the same photographer on a couple of the pictures! Rick was a pleasure to deal with. We really like Pugatory and would definitely come back to this unit."

  • Great Mountain Condo

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented for a week in late May - early June 2016 and toured in the area and enjoyed several hikes near the condo and the cool weather there - loved the condo's Native American/Mountain decor. It was very comfortable and convenient for all we wanted to do - Durango shops & restaurants, Mesa Verde, train ride, etc."
