  • Our Durango Stay

"This casita was great for our adventures around Durango. The beautiful interior was filled with awesome furnishings, the landscape was blooming with flowers, and the view of the Animas River was soothing. This location was perfect from which to explore local attractions - riding the train, visiting Mesa Verde National Park, hiking Vallecito Creek and visiting breweries in Durango. Patty was a great hostess - thank you."

  • Wonderful wonderful wonderful

"Don't miss an opportunity to get away from the busy downtown area to relax by the river. The cabin is rustic and full of character with well appointed kitchen space for cooking your favorite meal. There is no place like Rio Cabana with plenty of fish and wildlife to keep you on your toes! Thank you Suzanne for having Rufus and me back for another adventure."

  • Fun Mountain Lodge

"We had a great family vacation at this house! Loved the location- in the mountains on the creek but close to downtown Durango. The layout worked well for us with different suites on each floor and the mountain lodge décor is very comfortable and cozy . We had fun hiking up the hill behind the house to the mushroom rocks and hanging out outside on the decks and patio."

  • Just Perfect on Rainbow road

"We were immediately impressed with the beauty of and the care for this idyllic property. The place accommodated a family of 6 and 2 spirited canines comfortably. Bob and Chris's hospitality was unparalleled and the house was well stocked for the chef even down to sharp knives! The " back road" into Durango on the 213 is scenic and easy with less traffic. Sadly, the fireflies had moved on. Thanks for sharing these delightful accommodations."
