  • A great get away from busyness!

"It was a peaceful time away from a busy life! Stunning views right out the sliding glass doors onto the deck were enjoyed and sunsets were marvelous. The place was well appointed and we had a great time hiking right from the unit. You will want to bring some groceries as the small market nearby is not adequate. We LOVED being more secluded and not in the midst of a busy resort or mountain town. Cascade Village is pretty close to the highway (550) so you'll have some road noise. If we decide to head back this way, we would not hesitate to book this unit again!"

  • Spring Break Family

"WOW enough cannot be said about this property. The pictures DO NOT do it justice. It is the highest property in the whole area so you can see for miles on end. The secluded area was just right for our family get away for Spring Break. Yet we were only a short drive from downtown Durango. Rooms a plenty for everyone and the Kitchen was a Chef's dream. If you have a group for 10 or more don't think twice this is the place for you. If you have any questions email me and I can answer question if you like. Management knows how to communicate with me. Kimberly was wonderful to work with and on site support was there for any needs we had. ( none, everything was perfect. ) We look forward to going back."

  • Grateful Durango Friends Reunion

"We could not have found a better place to hold our reunion! Rented both houses for 5 days, Awesome 360 degree views. Large gathering spaces, the game room entertained the children, decks were the place to gather in the mornings & evenings. The houses were beautiful! I love the Red Cliff Guest House, we stayed in the Master and the view is incredible. I'm ready to take up residence at the Red Cliff House. John was great to work with. I still have a big smile..it could not have been better!"

  • Clean, comfortable, and close to everything

"This home has lots of room. I was ecstatic when I realized the house had a playroom for my son. Yes, that means this house is really 3 bedrooms. I felt like the house had two backyards because of the multi level yard. The house has a open floor plan, and the bedrooms are roomy. The bathrooms even have heaters, so you will stay toasty during your morning shower. Plus, the linen closet is stocked with lots of towels and blankets. Let's talk about the location. The neighborhood is quiet, and only a couple blocks from the main road. We road bikes downtown every day. Durango has bike paths and bike lanes everywhere. The house even has bikes to use. Ps. I saw a deer just walking on the sidewalk one morning. As if he was out for his morning stroll to the cafe that is at the end of the street. Anyway, your going to love this place!"
