"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Three families totaling 10 stayed the week after New Year's. House has been completely remodeled and was fantastic. Lots of space for all families and very convenient to the base area."

  • Perfect condon and with GREAT views!

"This was the perfect place for our ski vacation! The views from the condo were magnificent! It is only minutes from Purgatory Ski Resort so perfect for skiing! Their was covered parking and firewood available. The pool and the soaking tubs were awesome. The indoor hot tub was not in use during our stay but we liked the outdoor soaking tubs better anyway! The bathroom was very large and plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap available. There was lots of coffee for the kerig coffee maker and everything you needed for cooking. This was the perfect place for us. I read reviews that the bed was not comfortable but it was comfortable for us. I would recommend going to the grocery store before you come because it is a little drive to get back into town but the scenery is wonderful so no complaints. There is also a store up the road a few miles that sold just about anything you wanted but it was a little more expensive than a grocery store. All in all this was a wonderful place and I have no complaints! I will recommend this place to all our friends and family and we will definitely return! One of our favorite new places! Thanks, Mary"

  • Amazing views in a very peaceful location!

"We stayed in the house for about 6-weeks in the spring and really enjoyed the house and neighborhood. The listing is 100% accurate. The house has everything you need to cook, bbq, and just enjoy Durango. The view from the house will really knock your socks off. It's quite a find in the middle of the city. Everyday we watched bald eagles, deer, and tons of other wildlife literally in the backyard. The house is huge with a pretty good layout for a bi-level. Overall the house was pretty clean when we arrived but it needed a little more attention to detail. I really like things clean, so I'm nitpicking things like baseboards, ceiling fans, layers of dust on the door frames and pictures. We may have also just stayed at the house right before a good yearly deep cleaning. I know the windows and carpets are being cleaned after we leave, so this is likely the case. The house is a little bit older so there are a few things that need maintenance but the property manager is on top of it, and is also super responsive and extremely easy to work with. The house was really perfect for what we needed. The neighborhood is really quiet with amazing access to local parks and trails. You're also only a few minutes from downtown restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. The house is quite close to the Durango Natural Foods Co-op which I highly recommend. Our favorite restaurants are Brew, Steamworks, and Animas Brewery. If you have time visit the Pagosa Springs Hot Springs and Mesa Verde National Park. You won't be disappointed."

  • Spring Break Family

"WOW enough cannot be said about this property. The pictures DO NOT do it justice. It is the highest property in the whole area so you can see for miles on end. The secluded area was just right for our family get away for Spring Break. Yet we were only a short drive from downtown Durango. Rooms a plenty for everyone and the Kitchen was a Chef's dream. If you have a group for 10 or more don't think twice this is the place for you. If you have any questions email me and I can answer question if you like. Management knows how to communicate with me. Kimberly was wonderful to work with and on site support was there for any needs we had. ( none, everything was perfect. ) We look forward to going back."
