  • Nice location, noise from theatre next door can be troublesome.

"Very convenient location for getting around town. Last night we were there the theatre was having an event and it was loud and noisy till well past 2am! Unit is in good condition, shows some slight signs of wear but overall above average for sure. Things I would change and this is just me, get rid of the elevated bed in the Master bedroom, can make it difficult to get in and out of in the night and the post interfere with view of the tv. I could see how some would have difficulty with the plethora of remotes required to operate the televisions, I am familiar with these devices so it wasn't a problem but for those who may be challenged in that aree it could be a source of frustration. We enjoyed our stay in Durango and were there to tour properties with Don Ricedorff, overall a great visit back to the area that we lived here 20 years ago, we will come back for sure."

  • Private, spacious, close to town

"This beautifully furnished split bedroom ranch features three spacious living rooms with comfortable seating areas. The home is tastefully decorated, kind of a beachy mountain vibe. The unique house plants add character. The kitchen is full of all the necessary equipment in clean, good working order. Outside the gorgeous decks complete with comfortable chairs and tables wrap around the house and overlook a beautiful valley and the well- kept property. The clean hot tub is great for relaxing. The house is an easy drive from Durango's Main Ave. and close to hiking and biking areas. We very much enjoyed our stay and the convenient reservation process. It was a fun time for us to get four generations of our family together in a private retreat, nearby all that Durango has to offer."

  • Nice Place to Stay

"While this property has seen better days (especially the dishwasher and trash compartment in kitchen) it fit our needs for us and four grandchildren. They especially liked the indoor pool and hot tub. The location is in a ski area but be advised that while the directions we received stated it was 20 miles north of Durango it is actually 23 miles north of the City limits and 28 miles from downtown."

  • Get away

"Out of the city, a perfect little get away. Loved the train ride. Nice to cool off from the desert heat we came from."
