  • Awesome - great time.

"Must try Terri's green chile, best outside of the New Mexico border, or most places inside NM"

  • Conviently Remote

"Very nicely maintained and equipped. Directions and instructions were clear and concise. Julie was very responsive to questions, including the need to change our arrival and departure dates. For the very active traveler, I'd consider this a good base. There isn't walk-out-the-door and onto a hiking trail right at the property, but many trails can be found within a 10 to 15 min. drive."

  • Nice Property

"We stayed three days after first visiting Monument Valley on a road trip. The house met all our expectations. It was spacious, attractively decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. The yard is large and the area is very peaceful - just what we were looking for. We saw a deer walking in the yard while we were sitting on the porch the first evening we were there. We walked to Mancos State Park from the house and hiked all the way around the lake. The weather was mostly great, although it rained on the second day while we were in Durango. Linda stopped by and was friendly and had some good suggestions. My wife and I loved the area and we would definitely consider staying here again."

  • Beautiful home!

"We loved staying here. You are close enough to town and all the sights but still away from the hustle and bustle. The view was beautiful and we loved spending time on the patio. Plenty of space for our 2 German Shepherds to run and a kennel to leave them the day we rode the train to Siverton. The house was beautiful and had plenty of room. We loved all the little seating areas where we could relax and read during down times. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Durango area."
