  • Beautiful private retreat! Views from all sides!

"We loved our experience--the home was lovely and the views all around the property were majestic. We had our meals and morning tea and evening wine on different patios throughout the day because we didn't want to miss anything, and because we could as there were several outdoor areas from which we could choose. The one off the master suite leading to the rooftop patio was my favorite. Everything we wanted was pretty close by; 15 minutes to Ridgway, 25 minutes to Ouray and around 45 minutes to Telluride. There were so many nearby hikes it was hard to choose where to spend our time, including a wildflower and stream walk out the back gate of the property. David Mullings was an incredible host and led us on a guided tour or two. He was available to answer any questions or just for a nice conversation about life or about the history of the area if we happened to run into him (like when one of our dogs went running into his area on the property and began barking loudly at him--before they became best buddies). All around, a wonderful, and much too short, experience. I hope to make our way back soon and often!"

  • Perfect location, super nice hosts

"Clean and comfortable condo in the heart of Telluride. Tom and Elaine were great hosts, very helpful. Staying in Telluride is $$$$ and this condo is a great value. Highly recommended."

  • Great for families!

"We were extremely satisfied with our stay. With 8 adults everyone had plenty of space and privacy. Having 3 full bathrooms was a huge plus. The kitchen was spacious enough for more than one cook to be on the kitchen. The kitchen table was perfect for our dinners and card games. We entertained my sister and her family that actually live in the same subdivision, for meals and games. Our group would then consist of 14. We never felt cramped. The back porch was a bonus through out the day; morning coffee with the beautiful view of the San Jaun mountains, extra storage for coolers, camping gear, and a perfect place to cool down from our long hikes and mountain climbs. We used the backyard for lawn games. We would return to this house in a heartbeat!"
