  • Very good experience

"Very good experience. Cabin is exactly as advertised and very comfortable to stay in while experiencing Ouray. Picked Ouray because of its location and elevation within the San Juans. Came from tucson to see some snow and got a foot on the way in coming through the mountains. Downside is a little too far to walk to town in winter and close proximity to neighbors but an excellent location to appreciate the scenery and the mountains at a great price. Ouray is unique and has a large selection of restaurants and bars and gift shops to explore. Telluride is a must do day trip if for nothing more than the drive and the gondola, but also the skiing. Orvis ten minutes up the road has outdoor hot spring spas clothing optional and open to the public for a 15 dollar fee which was a good find. Plan to return in the future and would hope to book again if traveling with pets and hoping to do some skiing."

  • Great spot in ouray

"We stayed 3 nights to climb ice, and this spot was perfect. Walking distance from downtown, 5 minutes from the ice park. Clean and comfortable, everything we could have hoped for"

  • Great downtown house in Ouray!

"We had a great time at this house spent with friends and family. The space is very comfortable and clean. It is great for larger groups needing a bigger kitchen table for everyone to gather around. The owner takes care of this house and provides extra kitchen supplies and tools you might need for your stay. There's even growlers you can borrow to head down to the local brewery! Every morning was spent on the front porch where we were greeted by walkers and neighbors, everyone is so nice here! This is a charming home in one of the most beautiful places. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back!"

  • Great location, perfect for a couple or small family, probably a bit tight for 4 adults

"My wife and I stayed here in mid-August 2016 for a couple of nights. The loft is located about a half block off of 550 (Main St.) and is sandwiched between the brewery (sweet) and the police and fire station. There place was well appointed with two bedrooms and one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and small dining area and living room. It would be a bit tight for four adults due to having just one bathroom, but I think would be great for small family. It was perfect for the two of us. Having the brewery next door was great and we spent a good bit of time there, but you could literally crawl out the bedroom window and onto their rooftop deck, so noise was a bit of an issue before closing time (9 PM). We ended up staying in the smaller of the bedrooms so that we were a bit removed from the window as the cleanup went on until about 10:30, and we're early risers. We had one small maintenance issue (slow drain in the tub) that the listing agency took care of immediately for us. They were great to work with. We would definitely stay there again."
