  • Cool in Telluride

"This was a great find! We had a winter week, and so close to everything. Walk to the town, to the lifts, walk to the restaurants, walk to the supermarket, walk to the liquor store!! Wonderful location, well furnished and equipped. And when we called for service it was taken care of within 30 minutes. Ideal for any group. Would not hesitate to recommend or take again."

  • Lovely and comfortable -- we'd go back for sure

"#521 of Telluride Lodge proved to be an excellent place for 7 of us to share. All adults, we had plenty of room. The accommodations were attractive--cozy and spacious at the same time -- and the terrace with the view of mountains was a great plus. The kitchen was well stocked, the condo very clean, bathrooms spacious, and when we needed a window fixed, the man was there the same day to take care of it. Our hosts were also very attentive even from far away."

  • The perfect condo for our ski vacation

"We had an amazing time at Telluride and this condo was perfect for our group of six adults and one toddler. It is located at Mountain Village, just a few steps from the ski school, gondola and the lift. The village, it is surrounded by shops, restaurants and very family friendly. The town of Telluride is just a gondola ride away. No car needed. We had plenty of space and the condo was very well kept. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact. We would definitely stay at this condo again in the future."

  • Heavenly Splendor

"The Lovesnest is priceless! From strolling the 40 acres to explore the wildlife or just taking time to sit on the custom bench, perfectly placed to overlook the surrounding Mesa's in the distance. The driveway, gate, and rustic barn that greet you upon entrance is just enough to get you excited of the cabin in the distance. Once you arrive and step out of your (4 wheel drive) vehicle - your life will never be the same. One of those memories you will come back to, in your mind, time & time again. You almost don't want to go in, as the beauty from every angle, mesmerizes you. You stand in awe! Beautiful skies, fresh air and the massive rock formations that form mountain tops, in every direction. We are still asking, "how did we get so blessed to find this piece of heaven, on earth?" Once your inside, you can't help but to explore every nook & cranny! Every single room captures you. You know that you have arrived! There is no space, not perfectly situated - from the mud room to the curves of the stairs, to every single window. We grilled, we chilled in lounge chairs, we strolled the property, we had coffee on the porch, we stargazed, we took long baths, we danced, we spent hours every day, just watching the view out the windows - it never tired. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner & that was just a sweet bonus! So kind! you could hear the privilege in her words to own this property belonging to her dad and it was evident, in everything. I loved the custom cabinetry - think pie safe turned armoire in the living area and really too many unique touches, to list ( I took lots of pictures, to reminisce). Upon entering the the Lovenest we were greeted with sweet touches, like robes & candles, champagne, h'ourderves & fresh flowers, open windows with a welcoming breeze. It was perfection for our 25th anniversary! We loved visiting the nearby towns! We went to them ALL - none disappointed. Telluride was my favorite! and even dipping my toes in the Specie creek, along the drive up to the cabin - was exhilarating. I really can't say anything negative. I didn't want to leave! You are very much secluded, in a very private setting. That can take a little getting used to - in this crazy busy, never alone world. Only lights of the stars at night & the sounds of the earth. True serenity! if you can't completely escape, you have wifi, phone service and cable. We will tell our friends & God willing, will visit the Lovenest, again :) The Griffith's"
