"Clean, well-maintained, great location (right in the heart of Mountain Village, about a 2-minute walk from the free gondola that goes to the top of the mountain and from there down in to the town of Telluride).
Stayed there with my parents for a couple of days in August 2016. We did have a few small complaints:
1. The main bed is large and comfortable, but beyond that, the sleeping options go downhill quickly. The sofa downstairs folds out into a bed, but it's very saggy and uncomfortable. The futon on the second floor is quite short -- barely big enough to accommodate me, and I'm only 5'8". There is also a futon in the loft, but I didn't even try that one because it was so stuffy and hot up there (August visit, no air conditioning).
2. If you're bringing a lot of baggage, be aware that the nearest parking lot is a couple of blocks away, and there's no way to get to the condo without climbing a flight of stairs. So getting your bags in and out is a bit of a pain.
3. The shower doesn't drain very well -- at least not consistently. (A sign in the bathroom warns you about this in advance, so the owners are aware of it.) I finished one shower with my feet completely submerged in water.
4. No WiFi? In today's world? Granted, it's possible to pick up free WiFi from the town of Mountain Village, but it's slow, and you have to give them your e-mail address to get online. (If you read through the conditions you're agreeing to, you find that you're giving the town permission to sell your e-mail address to third parties as well as use it for their own marketing. To be clear, this is a Town of Mountain Village thing, not something set up by the owners of this condo.)
With those caveats in mind, we had a good experience at this condo. It's nicely furnished, and the extra half-bath was a big plus for us. The condo is right next to the fancy Madeline Hotel, so you know it's in a good location. We enjoyed having several restaurant options just steps away."
