  • The condo itself was great! Fully furnished with a larger than expected king sized bed.

"We were very pleased with our stay at cascade village in unit #358. The condo was fully equipped and had everything we needed for our stay - towels, wifi, cooking ware, etc. The bed in the upstairs loft was also much larger than expected, which was a plus. The pullout couch was also great and was much more comfortable than a typical pullout couch. The unit was ready for us in clean condition and welcoming when we arrived. Hot tubs were great after skiing, and the complex itself was only 2 miles from the mountain. Unfortunately, while we were there the whole complex was having trouble with their water pressure, so one of the nights we weren't able to shower as the water was just dripping from the shower head. Other than that our stay was great and we would definitely book it again!"

  • Beautiful get away

"We loved this cabin! It was just the right size for a vacation for a family of four. I was concerned about what to bring, but the cabin is well stocked. However, we did bring an extra roll of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels which were needed for our four night stay. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed, even spices and coffee (although we brought our own). However, there is not a dishwasher nor a garbage disposal. We were able to fish by just going a few yards down to the lake, but that spot was not conducive to swimming or kayaking so we had to make the short drive to a different part of the lake. We appreciated the free wifi and the satellite TV and DVR. There was no air conditioner but it really wasn't needed because of the cool temperatures. There were fans, though. Only four towels were provided so you might want to consider bringing extra if you don't like using the same towel four days in a row. It is very close to the other cabins. It is only about an hour drive to Durango/Purgatory."
