  • Beautiful place to stay close to impressive hikes

"The house is gorgeous, with stunning furnishings and well-appointed with everything we needed and more. Comfortable bed, excellent kitchen, all the electronic comforts of home. We made breakfast, hiked in the mountains, relaxed in the jetted tub and went through the menu at Pagosa Springs Brewing Co. Close to the city, but rural enough that deer came prancing by the windows every morning. We did a little walking in trails right behind the house. It was just me and my husband who stayed this time, but there are two more bedrooms, and it would be fun to come back with friends."

  • Exceeded All Expectations!!!!

"This home was amazing, the photos available do not show how large and beautiful the house is. The home has an open floor plan with gorgeous views. When we arrived we were greeted by the housekeeper who provided some goodies (Snacks, emergency, Advil, etc.) The homeowner also keeps the home stocked with plenty of sheets, blankets, and towels. All of which came in handy when traveling with a group of 10 people. We were all so impressed and pleased with the home it has become a favorite property of all the homes we have rented on VRBO! Cannot wait to go back!"

  • Family Get-away

"It was a nice cabin with a rustic feel. Plenty of beds for the 4 adults and 3 teen/pre teen kids. Nice location in a quiet mountain neighborhood. Everything worked well, our only complaint was the cleaning crew forgot to empty the coffee maker filter (for a while, it had mold on the grounds) and some of the towels and pillow cases hadn't been used in a while or were washed without soap so they had kind of a mildew smell. All the problems were easily fixed upon arrival and had no impact on us having a great time. The owner was immediately responsive to our text messages and called back within minutes. We would recommend this location for anyone looking to get away from the city and relax in the mountains. Pagosa Springs is a nice little town with good food and hot springs. Hiking is near by on Wolf Creek Pass."

  • Great house, plenty of space and close to everything.

"My family and I (9 in total) came to Telluride for a wedding, and wanted to find a place that we could all stay together. This house was exactly what we were looking for. There are plenty of bedrooms to accommodate a large group, and more importantly bathrooms. The main floor has a great open concept which allowed us to hang out as a group comfortable. It was also great to be so close to the gondola station and Mountain Village. Everything was within walking distance. What we probably enjoyed the most were the views. Wether you were hanging on the deck, eating breakfast, or taking a tub in the master bath, the views of the mountains were stunning. If you are coming to Telluride with a large group I would absolutely recommend this house. It has everything! Andrew Boston, MA"
