  • Great vacation condo

"Our stay in this condo was excellent. We had plenty of room for two families, (Two ten year old boys loved the spiral staircase to the loft). Plenty of comfortable seating including the four large recliners. Well lit and easy access underground parking made day trips to local areas easy. We cooked meals comfortably in the kitchen. Thanks for the spices, we forgot a few of those and it made the meal. The close location to all of the base mountain events and businesses was very convenient. For a summertime visit, the location was great, I would gladly rent again in the winter as this place is right in the thick of it, just steps away from the gondola and ticket office."

  • My whole family loved this place

"It is hard to imagine a more perfect spot to start and end the day in Winter Park. We were just across the street from all the summertime activities and had an unbelievable view of the mountain from our oversized deck. All of the details of the rental (from the dishes to the sheets to the soup) were great. The in unit washer and dryer were also great since it is easy (and fun) to get dirty in WP."

  • Great property for a mountain getaway

"The property was in excellent condition and even nicer looking than the pictures portrayed online. We had a total of 7 adults up for a mountain golf trip and we had plenty of room to socialize and relax. The house has two living areas, full cable package, and enough beds for each of us. The kitchen was well stocked with many of the essentials needed (coffee, sugar, salt, etc.). The location was great. We had a view of the mountains and it had a very open feel next to the stream outside. We didn't use the spa, but the patio was ideal. It only took us a few minutes to get to downtown Breck and we ventured to into town pretty much every night. One thing to keep in mind for larger parties is that the mattresses in room with bunk beds had the plastic covering - which is not the most comfortable to sleep on and they are pretty noisy. I'm sure that if kids are staying in the room it is necessary - but it wasn't ideal for adults. Overall, it was a great property and we would definitely recommend it to anyone heading to the Breckenridge area."

  • As good as advertised.

"The property was a very nice turn of the century home. House was well outfitted to meet all our needs. This house would be a five star if not for a few minor details. The master bedroom's window A/C unit was not blowing cold air in the 90+ days. This only affected us because our baby slept in there during the day. Due to the angle of the driveway, our party sustained minor damage to two vehicles trying to avoid the busy street side parking. We had to run and exchange a propane tank while bbq'ing because the main & spare tanks were empty. Lastly, although Mr. Patrick (owner) is very friendly, it was a bit offsetting to have him there (using garage as wood shop) from time to time while using the outdoor kitchen. Oh, and as a firefighter (with bachelors in Occupational Safety & Health) I must say the hindrance of paddle locked doors that left only one means of egress on main level, was a bit unnerving."
