  • Family holiday

"Our family throughly enjoyed this lovely home. The views were georgeous, the house was spacious, clean, well equipped, and in a great location for walking to the beach and Rocky Neck State Park or driving into Niantic village. We ranged in age from 3-90 and it was perfect for all ages. There were toys, games, puzzles, wifi, and a first floor bedroom and bath. We hope very much to return."

  • Family reunion from California

"We stayed here for a week with our family. We are 4 sisters and spouses with kids in their 20s and 30s plus an 89 year old mother. The house was perfect for all 15 of us. It is in a fantastic location with many activities right there. We played golf and tennis every day, and rented kayaks and stand up paddles. It's such a gorgeous area, you never need to leave. The kitchens are well equip so we had a wonderful lobster dinner our first night. All the rooms are comfortable and there are many places to sit and read, or watch the osprey catch fish right out in front. Owners are a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend this home. It is a good combination of old elegance and comfort. You will not be disappointed!"

  • Comfortable and Convenient

"We (two couples) were visiting Litchfield County for a few days for leisure and this house was a perfect location. The house, Stone-Pecha, is not only equipped with anything you could need or want, but also well-appointed with beautiful and whimsical artwork, making the house a warm place to settle in each night. We found ourselves lingering over morning coffee on the back deck and reconvening there for the nighttime sky. The house sits at the end of a short street, and looks out onto a wooded area. Although there are houses close by, it’s very quiet and peaceful. The house is accurately portrayed in the VRBO descriptions and Sharyn was responsive and helpful. The house is just a short walk to the town center where you’ll find numerous restaurant choices and local retailers. Litchfield was a great jumping off point for our site-seeing ventures. We enjoyed beautiful hikes, scenic drives, farmstand stops and some great local ice cream and cheese! I would not hesitate to stay in this property again. It was lovely."
