  • A magical Thanksgiving

"My husband and I with three adultchildren and two partners, plus an adorable dog spent the Thanksgiving holiday at Granite Lodge in charming Guilford, CT. The spacious house was perfect for our Thanksgiving holiday, plenty of room to gather together and space for privacy. We absolutely loved the fabulous well-equipped kitchen with lots of counters to prepare food and visit. Hope Viviani was available and helpful with the very few questions we had about procedures. We all agreed that Granite Lodge provided the perfect setting for a splendid and memorable family gathering!"

  • Cute cottage with friendly neighbors.

"Very convenient place to stay when visiting family. More comfortable then a hotel. I felt at home. Liked the fact that I could cook my own meals and wash clothes, etc. It was easy to call Lanna for any questions regarding the property. She was always responsive. Fun to be able to walk to the town beach and two good places to eat nearby."

  • Wonderful views, wonderful hosts

"Came here in October for a kayak symposium. Several of us stayed in this abode but there is so much room, none of us really felt crowded. Getting to the third floor does require one climbing a narrow spiral staircase so top floor great for kids. There is also an elevator that will get you there and its worth getting to 2nd or third floors for the view of harbor. The hosts are great and very responsive - definitely would stay here again."
