  • Accurately described.

"Our Daughter and her children very much enjoyed this bright and cheerful home. She was visiting from Florida for a Family wedding. It was a cozy and comfortable place to come home to each night . The beds were inviting and comfy. They slept well. Everything was fresh and clean. Thank You for a very nice experience. Diana"

  • Great!

"Easy, comfortable family vacation. 2 adults and 2 teens were very comfortable in this house. It's simple, clean and has has everything you need. Loved the deck, easy grilling and close by farm for tomatoes, corn, squash and farm fresh eggs! Lake is lovely. Would definitely recommend this as a great family getaway. Thanks to Neil for his quick responses to our questions."

  • Stay at the chalet!

"We (5 couples and 2 singles in our late 20's) thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at the Chalet this summer. The property was easily accessible for our group, which traveled from Boston, NYC, Albany, and central Connecticut. We utilized the two grills and fully-stocked kitchen, and ate each meal from the wrap-around deck that overlooks the lake. The first night, we were able to watch the meteor shower over the lake. The following night, we enjoyed an impressive lightning show from the huge window in the master bedroom. We also took full advantage of the canoes provided to us during our stay, and were able to enjoy a few relaxing hours out on Whaley Lake. Overall, our group would highly recommend the Chalet for any group getaway. Connie was very helpful and accommodating, and the property more than suited our needs."

  • ...and the raspberries!!!

"My boyfriend and I had a fabulous and romantic cycling weekend at the bunkhouse. The house was adorable, comfortable, cozy and clean and only a 5 minute bicycle ride from the Hudson Valley rail trail. The garden just outside our door was full of tomatoes, peppers and so many delicious herbs. We also took full advantage of a wonderful raspberry/blackberry patch at the invitation of our fabulous hosts. There is nothing better than breakfast made with freshly picked vegetables among horses grazing in a beautiful pastoral setting. This place is magical and we cannot wait to come back!"
