  • Love this cozy Beach House

"This house was great for my family this summer. It is close to the beach and just feels like you are home. You can walk to two beaches and use the yard to hang out with your family. It is the easy beach house you are looking for. Even on the one rainy day we had we sat on the porch and played cards it felt fun and comfortable like we lived there. Stay here, you will love it. Neil is a great host and good communicator."

  • A joyful relaxing respite

"The cottage is just the perfect place to stay for a relaxing, quiet retreat. We really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor space immensely. in the early evening we were able to sit and watch an osprey as it surveyed the landscape below from a tree on the edge of the property. We loved the marsh and water views. Made me pine of my younger days growing up back east. We will be back for sure. Thank you for a wonderful stay. The cottage is delightful!"

  • Best stay of our trip. Absolutely perfect.

"My friend and I did a cross country motorcycle trip and this beach house was the best stay during our trip. It was perfect, private and better than expected. The owners were wonderful."

  • Away-from-it-all cottage with delightful grounds and access to historic towns

"We loved spending time at the cottage, which dates from the 18th century (I think), and has been in the owner's family for many generations. The back deck overlooks woods, a pond, and lawns with old fruit trees. Inside, the cottage is like a very elegant house in miniature -- and with real antiques. We stayed only for a long weekend, but the quiet of the place rejuvenated us and made us feel we had really been "away." Also, we really enjoyed the private tennis court, set amid trees and grass."
