  • Great property for a mountain getaway

"The property was in excellent condition and even nicer looking than the pictures portrayed online. We had a total of 7 adults up for a mountain golf trip and we had plenty of room to socialize and relax. The house has two living areas, full cable package, and enough beds for each of us. The kitchen was well stocked with many of the essentials needed (coffee, sugar, salt, etc.). The location was great. We had a view of the mountains and it had a very open feel next to the stream outside. We didn't use the spa, but the patio was ideal. It only took us a few minutes to get to downtown Breck and we ventured to into town pretty much every night. One thing to keep in mind for larger parties is that the mattresses in room with bunk beds had the plastic covering - which is not the most comfortable to sleep on and they are pretty noisy. I'm sure that if kids are staying in the room it is necessary - but it wasn't ideal for adults. Overall, it was a great property and we would definitely recommend it to anyone heading to the Breckenridge area."

  • Great house for our Girls Trip

"This house is a perfect location for the beach and harbor. We spent a lot of time in the backyard and spa. The house is very well equipped and spacious. We ate at the Crows Nest, Johnny's and Shadowbrook and had great food at all of them. We also did the Chardonnay Sunset sail which was amazing! So much to do in walking distance. We used Uber to go to Capitola, never had to wait more than 5 min. for a ride. Carolyn was a great host and very responsive. If I could rate our experience more than 5 stars I would!!"

  • Great Condo, best location.

"We had a great experience. There were only two of us, but with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, it would be comfy for as many as 3 couples. And its location in the Catalina Foothills is ideal. Not only is it Tucson's most desirable neighborhood, but it also has shopping and dining literally walking distance (a real rarity in Arizona). And from the nearby main intersection of Sunrise and Swan, virtually anywhere you would want to go in Tucson, whether it's UofA or Sun City, is just a few minutes away. Laurie was a wonderful host. She is also a real estate agent, and made time to show us some appropriate properties, as we told her we were thinking of relocating. You can't go wrong with this."

  • Sky high views of Diamond Head and Waikiki!

"This is a real home with a nice vintage feel and great view. It has a fully outfitted kitchen, functional dining room, living room with cozy conversation area, three bedrooms and, best of all, two bathrooms with showers. It can easily accommodate 2 couples, a pair of kids, and a third couple on the futon in the living room. It also has an expansive lanai with additional dining and seating opportunities and a marvelous view from way up high of Diamond Head, Waikiki and the ocean beyond. It is an easy drive (straight down) to the tourist areas of Waikiki and back (straight up). Very narrow, steep roads, but drivers are gracious. Not suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties, because of the flight of steps up to the entrance on the lanai, and the challenge of emerging from a car parked on a slope (both driveway and on-street parking). But if you don't mind hills, this is an uncrowded and wonderful place to enjoy Honolulu and environs. Cristin and her young family live downstairs, and were helpful and courteous, without hovering. Would definitely stay again, with my crowd of 8!"
