  • Great location, well stocked kitchen

"Great location with access to private Middlesex beach. The house is big enough for multiple families, although we just went by ourselves. It is an older home and somewhat dark inside because of the tree canopy surrounding the property, but clean enough and well stocked with supplies and kitchen needs. Overall, I would recommend this place and we would return...maybe with friends next time!"

  • Great vacation home!

"We spent a week at this beautiful beach house. We loved how the house was decorated. It was very spacious and we felt at home when we walked in the door. I don't think we have ever stayed in I house that was so well stocked!! It even had a French Press!! The beach was great!! Not crowded at all! Short walk even with 4 little boys! Some days we would drive and parking right by the beach was great! My grandsons had a great time playing in the big back yard. We loved Middlesex Beach and 121 Evergreen!!"

  • Property is very nice and secluded. Not too far from the beach on a quiet street.

"My experience was extremely good, except the Internet occasionally posed problems by signing me on and off. Perhaps it was me who was at fault. The beach for the Middlesex community is very nice and private, especially in the off-season when I visited. Overall, it was a very good experience."

  • Perfect family beach vacation house

"We had never been to the Delmarva coast before, so we weren't sure what to expect in the way of accommodations, neighborhood, or beach quality. Fortunately, 21 Bridge Road gave us a great experience in all three! The house has central air and double paned windows, which was essential - there was an excessive heat advisory in place during our entire stay. Renting this house entitles you to use the private, lifeguarded Middlesex Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches I've visited in the continental U.S. Since only residents (or renters) in the Middlesex Beach neighborhood are allowed to use it, the beach is never crowded - even on an August weekend. The house is an easy, three block walk to the beach, and is outfitted with beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, sand toys and a boogie board. If you're looking for a pub crawl or a jumping beach party scene, Middlesex Beach is probably not your best choice - it's laid-back, family-friendly, and it was pretty quiet the week we were there, so it suited our vacation style perfectly. The house is great for two or more families travelling together, as three of the four bedrooms are separated from the rest of the house by the patio (only the loft bedroom is connected with the living room and kitchen area). The owner is polite, responsive, and ready to make sure your stay is enjoyable. We are already planning our return next summer!"
