  • Amazing views and great amenities!

"We really enjoyed our stay at Bethany Bay, it was so quiet and private at the resort it helped us escape the hustle and bustle of beach traffic and huge crowds. All while being a short drive to the beach and activities. The condo was very clean and updated, and everything was accessible and ready for our stay. We enjoyed using the pool, golf course, and walking trails during or stay as well. The views from the front and back porch were very nice and we loved the extensive wildlife at the resort, we counted 27 deer during our stay. We'll definitely be back, thank you very much for everything!"

  • Wonderful place over multiple visits

"I have vacationed here multiple times, throughout many types of vacation. I came down with a group of friends, took a family vacation and my fiancé and I are vacationing here sept 10th. This is a very spacious, but homey, rental. The owner is very caring and understanding and does well to accommodate any needs or questions and answers very quickly. I'd give 10 stars if I had the option. There's an activity for anyone, fishing, beaching, grilling out or even relaxing inside or on one of the many balconies or by the pool. There are quite a few beaches to choose from within a 40 minute radius and the private beach across the street is wonderful. I am thankful to have found this location and will continue to vacation here for as long as I can!!!"

  • Lovely beach condo!

"Our family (4 adults, a 4 yr old and a 9 month old) spent the week at this lovely Salt Pond Condo. The location is quiet, nature-filled and within minutes of anything you could need (three grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, etc.) We had read that the condo was well-equipped, and that was accurate! Not only was it nicely decorated, we felt like we were staying at someone's HOME - not a vacation home. Appliances were new and high quality, the notes and binders with local and condo info were great. We found the residents of the Salt Pond to be friendly and the pool to be very nice. My grandfather lived in this neighborhood for 17 years until his passing, which is one if the reason we chose the community. We knew the community and amenities and wanted our kids to make new memories here. Our son loved the bunk beds, my in-laws loved the first floor master bedroom suite and we loved the TONS of books (for grown ups and kids) DVDs and the decor. The condo was well-maintained and the owners were very responsive and kind - responding even while out of the country! Our son caught his first fish (and a crab!) - all great memories that we will have to add to mine as a young girl. Nearby are bike/walking trails, kayaking, state parks, and of course the inlet for fishing."

  • Our Fourth Stay at Bethany Pines

"Like other reviewers, we are grandparents. We join our children and grandchildren annually at Bethany Pines and rent 2-3 houses. Trust me: There are advantages to having our own units to retreat to at the end of each day! Tom was very easy to work with and responded quickly to my questions. His house differs from others we have rented in that 2 of the 3 bedrooms have queen size beds and the third room has a double and a fold out sleep sofa (the house we rented last year had a pair of twins in 2 of the 3 bedrooms.) Another plus is that this house is one of few in Bethany Pines with a fireplace - enhancing the decor and the mantle provides an out-of-reach surface to hide things from grandchildren. Bethany Pines is quiet and private - but an easy and invigorating walk to the beach and town. We are comfortable allowing the children to ride their bikes around the compound and the centrally-located pool is a much-enjoyed centerpiece of the development. The house is fully-equipped and it even had a pack-and-play. Tips: Don't hesitate to call Tom to report any maintenance issues during your stay; we made the mistake of waiting until we returned home to report a running toilet that could have been easily-remedied :(. Also, as with ANY rental house, bring your own SHARP knives from home if you intend to do any serious food prep. We would not hesitate to rent this house again."
