  • Perfect Me-cation

"This place was perfect for a little get-away for just me! I loved being able to sit on the couch and see so much oceanfront! The parking right beside the entrance was handy too. The sunrises were spectacular. Bed was comfortable, as were the couches (which I found myself falling asleep on nightly as I listened to the surf). The kitchen was well stocked, except for no kind of storage containers (Tupperware - I bought a big one and left it at the house for future guests). I would definitely come back to this place for my me-cations. Thank you so much!"

  • Charming, Quiet, and Close to Everything

"Our family of 5 (myself, my husband, our 6-year-old and my parents) just returned from a wonderful stay at this cozy, welcoming townhome. The property was perfectly clean when we arrived, and the layout was perfect for us, as each bedroom has an adjoined full bath. Despite its small footprint, the townhouse was extremely well-appointed and the bedrooms were quite spacious. We had everything we needed and were pleased to find nice little extras like hand soap and hair dryers in the bathrooms, garbage bags and tin foil in the kitchen, and dryer sheets and an extra basket in the laundry closet. The view out the sliding door to the immaculately-clean pool was lovely, as was the landscaping in the courtyard area. The townhouse itself was very quiet, as we never heard the neighbors or each other from one bedroom to another (which is important when putting young children to bed before the adults!). In fact, we were surprised at how quiet the complex as a whole was - it's in a prime location across from a Walgreens, a liquor store and a crab house, but is set back in its own little utopia, so it doesn't feel at all as if it's right off Route 1. I made good use of one of the two bikes left out front since the center of Bethany is only about a 5-minute ride or a pleasant 15-minute walk down the side streets from the complex. The beach was only a 5-minute walk, which made it easy for us to spend the morning in the waves, lunchtime at the pool, and the afternoon back at the beach again. I will absolutely stay here again when we return to Bethany Beach. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us, Tom!"

  • Lovely Stay for Christmas Week 2016

"We loved our stay - it was everything that the owner represented it to be - ideally situated with a corner view of the ocean, great bunk beds for the kids and extended family, and access (with nominal fee) to the Sea Colony's excellent new fitness center. Our visit was during the off-season but the weather cooperated and parking was never an issue, either in-town or at the Condo itself. Highly recommended and we plan to return!"

  • Time out of mind

"This is about my 14th visit to this condo, owned by family friends. It has full beach view, sound of the surf, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 comfortable bedrooms, televisions, bathrooms, and BOOKS. The pools are beautiful. This condo is my home away from home. Bethany Beach and nearby Fenwick Island have our favorite restaurants. I enjoyed watching children and young teens and families on this trip, as always. Everyone was happy."
