  • Great value!

"The property was just as described in the listing. It was clean, comfortable and pleasant. Andrea was very quick to respond to our questions before and during our stay. We were there during very hot weather and were grateful for the central air conditioning. We would definitely stay here again. The walk to the beach was .7 miles- very doable for us with the use of the cart available at the house. The trolley also stops right across from the house, making that a convenient option. We had never been to Bethany Beach (or Delaware) before and really liked the area. We did a mix of beach time and shopping and touring the area. We also enjoyed Restaurants that we went to more than once were Mango's and Difebo's. We also enjoyed Kohr's frozen custard more than once!"

  • Perfect home away from home

"This was our 1st time booking a weekly rental and Valentina makes the process easy and worry-free. This particular rental was also a fantastic value! Sea Colony is perfectly located, secure and well-managed. Private beach with pools at each tower and excellent Sea Colony lifeguards throughout. Well-maintained beachfront promenade for safe walks around community. Convenient beach umbrella and chair rental. Carts in lobbies for loading/unloading. Short walk/bike to shops and Boardwalk plus Sea Colony community activities. They've thought of everything! 209b in Brandywine Tower is bright, cheery, clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and well-maintained. We loved having breakfast on the balcony with our ocean view. 2 walls of windows off the living room with great vantage points to watch for family returning from beach or choice of 2 nearby pools. Convenient is a key word here! Easy access to car and bike parking rack. Table along condo entryway for Sea Colony badges, sunglasses, etc and tiled hallway for sandy, wet beach gear. 1 1/2 baths with extra access to full bath from master bedroom. Washer/dryer in kitchen that we used daily and worked well. Charming painted glass-topped table or counter height dining off kitchen. Enough efficient kitchen counter space and very clean appliances. Large fridge was great! Comfy couches and also room to spread out on the living room rug for yoga and board games. Lots of drawer space in bedroom and smart use of space in general to stow things nearby but also out of the way. Convenient keyless entry we could customize to our home away from home. Daydreamed about living here. You will love it. Looking forward to returning again! Check out Pie for gourmet pizza, Matt's Fish Camp for fresh catch, 99 Sea Level for a perfect dining experience. Hated to leave! Thank you, Valentina!"

  • Perfect family beach vacation house

"We had never been to the Delmarva coast before, so we weren't sure what to expect in the way of accommodations, neighborhood, or beach quality. Fortunately, 21 Bridge Road gave us a great experience in all three! The house has central air and double paned windows, which was essential - there was an excessive heat advisory in place during our entire stay. Renting this house entitles you to use the private, lifeguarded Middlesex Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches I've visited in the continental U.S. Since only residents (or renters) in the Middlesex Beach neighborhood are allowed to use it, the beach is never crowded - even on an August weekend. The house is an easy, three block walk to the beach, and is outfitted with beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, sand toys and a boogie board. If you're looking for a pub crawl or a jumping beach party scene, Middlesex Beach is probably not your best choice - it's laid-back, family-friendly, and it was pretty quiet the week we were there, so it suited our vacation style perfectly. The house is great for two or more families travelling together, as three of the four bedrooms are separated from the rest of the house by the patio (only the loft bedroom is connected with the living room and kitchen area). The owner is polite, responsive, and ready to make sure your stay is enjoyable. We are already planning our return next summer!"

  • Great property to rent!

"We enjoyed our stay even though the threats of Hurricane Hermine hung over us. The lay out of the rental is ideal and the location is perfect. The sun sets from this property are breath taking. Best of all are the owners. They were always quick to respond and very helpful. We have rented a number of properties and found this one to be one of the best!! We would not hesitate to return."
