  • Great location and family friendly!

"We totally enjoyed staying at this beach house in Bethany. The location was a short walk to the beach and to town. There was plenty of space for a three- generation family to spread out, with two living rooms, a dining table that can seat eight, two decks, and a screened in porch. The kitchen was well equipped; we never ran out of plates or utensils before running the dishwasher, as in other rentals. The presence of beach chairs, beach carts, and sand toys was so helpful as we didn't have to pack all that in our cars. There were even bikes, although we never actually rode them. Probably I was most excited about the large entry foyer, with cubicles and pegs to store coats, beach bags, coolers, etc. I have never seen that in a rental and it was very handy. The owner was friendly and always responded in a timely manner to my emails. I would definitely recommend this rental; just don't steal our time slot! 😊"

  • Great Bethany Beach getaway

"We absolutely loved the location on Salt Pond. Having coffee on the screened porch overlooking the Pond was perfect. The house is very well equipped (especially the kitchen) and we loved the open concept and great light. Having the beach pass for Bethany Beach was an absolute plus as it made parking at the beach so easy. The house is very well maintained and our family had a wonderful vacation! We also enjoyed hiking the nature trail just a short walk from the house. Lastly, since we were there over July 4th, we could see all the fireworks from the deck- a real treat! We really enjoyed the house, beds were comfortable and very clean!"

  • Sea Colony relaxation

"This was a first floor unit in a very nice multiple unit neighborhood in Sea Colony West. The screen porch was SO nice. Conveniently located near the tram stop to the ocean side plus pool and tennis courts. We were disappointed there was no grill to use for easy meals. Absolutely no guest amenities (dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, miscellaneous spices, etc.) so bring everything you might need. Lots of dishes, pots and pans, and a hair dryer in one of the bathrooms, so that was nice. No games but loads of DVDs and VCR tapes, and books to read (50 Shades of Gray...lol). Be sure to read the guest book put together by the owners - it has restaurant information and other beach details that are really helpful. We had a great week."

  • Great location!

"I have stayed in Sea Colony many times, and this by far was the nicest rental I have stayed in. I loved all of the decor and furnishings. It is very clean and modern feeling. At first I wasn't sure of the location, but ended up being ideal for our family. There is a cool wooden bridge behind the house that takes you to the rest of Sea colony. The kids LOVED riding their bikes over it to ride to the beach and tennis center. The house itself is very large and spacious. We vacationed with two other families and it was plenty of space. It is also in walking distance to the inlet where you can kayak."
