  • 905 Dover is like a Home Away from Home

"We just completed our eleventh vacation in this condo. It is beautifully decorated, clean, and is centrally located. Sea Colony is a great place to vacation and is kept spotless at all times. The local restaurants we would recommend are Cottage Cafe, Bethany Boathouse, Harpoon Hanna's and Sunset Grille. Within walking distance are a CVS, Walgreens, and Dunkin Donuts. Stewart, the owner, is easy to deal with and responds quickly to emails. You won't regret staying in 905 Dover and will want to return year after year."

  • Amazing stay at the Villas!

"This home was a perfect stay for me and my friends. We had a rainy weekend, yet we were able to stay in and still enjoy ourselves. We watched movies, played board games, grilled, and much more! There was plenty of space for all of us, especially in the upstairs family room area. The home was large, clean, and accurately portrayed through the pictures. The owner was very helpful with answering any questions I had leading up to the vacation, and responded promptly. It is a short walk to the beach, and has great views! I would definitely rent this home again!"

  • Our Fourth Stay at Bethany Pines

"Like other reviewers, we are grandparents. We join our children and grandchildren annually at Bethany Pines and rent 2-3 houses. Trust me: There are advantages to having our own units to retreat to at the end of each day! Tom was very easy to work with and responded quickly to my questions. His house differs from others we have rented in that 2 of the 3 bedrooms have queen size beds and the third room has a double and a fold out sleep sofa (the house we rented last year had a pair of twins in 2 of the 3 bedrooms.) Another plus is that this house is one of few in Bethany Pines with a fireplace - enhancing the decor and the mantle provides an out-of-reach surface to hide things from grandchildren. Bethany Pines is quiet and private - but an easy and invigorating walk to the beach and town. We are comfortable allowing the children to ride their bikes around the compound and the centrally-located pool is a much-enjoyed centerpiece of the development. The house is fully-equipped and it even had a pack-and-play. Tips: Don't hesitate to call Tom to report any maintenance issues during your stay; we made the mistake of waiting until we returned home to report a running toilet that could have been easily-remedied :(. Also, as with ANY rental house, bring your own SHARP knives from home if you intend to do any serious food prep. We would not hesitate to rent this house again."

  • Wonderful family time at the beach

"This was our fourth visit to the beautiful Isle of Skye and we are already looking forward to next year. This house is conveniently located to the beach which makes it very appealing to families with small children. The house is comfortably furnished and has a well stocked kitchen for families interested in cooking in. We have enjoyed starting this wonderful family tradition at the Isle of Skye."
