  • Awesome Place!!!!

"Excellent townhouse that is practically brand new!!!! Very clean and welcoming with a great kitchen. Wonderful for large families or groups. Close to the Boardwalk/Inlet, shopping, restaurants, Assateague Island and Frontier Town. The pool area was kept clean and had plenty of shade for the little ones but plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing. On site laundry which was wonderful for a mom with twin newborns :)"

  • Nice condo

"If you in a wheelchair or scooter and are traveling with an assistant this condo will do the job. It's possible to access the outdoor pool but not the indoor one in a wheelchair. The main entrance to Edgewater House is not accessible to wheelchair bound individuals and neither lower lobby doors are equipped with openers. As for the condo, neither bathrooms are set up with ADA modifications. Access to the balcony requires stepping over a five inch threshold. Keeping the above in mind I will say that all the appliances are first rate and the refrigerator has a great icemaker. The beds are awesome and the owner is great and responds quickly."

  • Beautiful and very peaceful

"I stayed in this house with my husband and three small children, and it was perfect! I'm a bit of a clean freak, and this house was very much up to my standards! Bathrooms were clean, and all the rooms were neat, tidy and well kept. It was an ideal amount of space for our family. We all had our own rooms and enough space to spread out. We felt right at home sitting down to relax after a long busy day with our kids. The neighborhood is stunning. It's peaceful and tucked away, but it's also very close and convenient to stores and anything else you would need. A great combination! The pool was the icing on the cake for us. It was big, clean, not crowded, and had a fantastic kiddie pool. My kids are 7, 4 & 2 and they loved it! The owner of the house was wonderful. He was very accommodating and made the whole process very easy and stress free! Thank you Michael!"

  • Beautiful decor, updated, clean, great location!

"My husband and I and our 2 kids ages 12 and 15 had a great stay at this absolutely gorgeous cozy condo. I felt like we were in an upscale hotel. It's like new and beautifully decorated. You can tell that the owners care about their condo and want to make it the best it can be for their guests. We were only there 3 nights, but if you are there for an extended vacation, there is a ton of creative storage. My kids really liked having a shelf behind both the top and bottom beds of the bunk bed so they had a place to set their phone and other personal items. The deck has a side angled beautiful view of the bay, and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. It's in a great location near Seacrets and the Taphouse , a few blocks down from the end of the boardwalk, and the beach is a block across the street. We were out most of the time but we did enjoy playing pool in the pool room late one evening and the kids that were swimming in the indoor pool looked like they were having a great time. I liked the security of the building---you have to enter a code to get into the lobby area of the condo building itself. I also liked the key less entry into the condo (again, you have a code to enter the unit). Jeff the owner was a pleasure to deal with and talk to about renting the condo and staying in Ocean City in general. I definitely recommend this condo and would stay there again."
