  • Property was huge with a lot of nice amenities such as the hot tub and plenty of space

"If you are looking for a house to fit your whole entire family or lots of friends, this is the house. The house is very large with 3 floors and has lots of amenities. It has a hot tub in working clean condition, pool table, and lots of games available to you as well. The kitchen is also very large and has all the necessary pots/pans, dishes, and silverware you need. There is also a grill and nice deck. From what i recall the house can hold 20+ people with at least 7 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. There are also lots of bunk beds upstairs in the attic as well. I really enjoyed the owners, they were very helpful and sweet. They even allowed some friends to stay past the check-out time without charge. There are no sheets so be sure to bring your own and towels unless you want to pay for them. The only downside to the house is that it is definitely on the older side with not so many modern fixtures and appliances. It looks like it could use a little TLC, but just a little! It is also only a block from your own private beach that is very quiet and nice and away from OC craziness, if that is what you are looking for."

  • Perfect home away from home

"This was our 1st time booking a weekly rental and Valentina makes the process easy and worry-free. This particular rental was also a fantastic value! Sea Colony is perfectly located, secure and well-managed. Private beach with pools at each tower and excellent Sea Colony lifeguards throughout. Well-maintained beachfront promenade for safe walks around community. Convenient beach umbrella and chair rental. Carts in lobbies for loading/unloading. Short walk/bike to shops and Boardwalk plus Sea Colony community activities. They've thought of everything! 209b in Brandywine Tower is bright, cheery, clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and well-maintained. We loved having breakfast on the balcony with our ocean view. 2 walls of windows off the living room with great vantage points to watch for family returning from beach or choice of 2 nearby pools. Convenient is a key word here! Easy access to car and bike parking rack. Table along condo entryway for Sea Colony badges, sunglasses, etc and tiled hallway for sandy, wet beach gear. 1 1/2 baths with extra access to full bath from master bedroom. Washer/dryer in kitchen that we used daily and worked well. Charming painted glass-topped table or counter height dining off kitchen. Enough efficient kitchen counter space and very clean appliances. Large fridge was great! Comfy couches and also room to spread out on the living room rug for yoga and board games. Lots of drawer space in bedroom and smart use of space in general to stow things nearby but also out of the way. Convenient keyless entry we could customize to our home away from home. Daydreamed about living here. You will love it. Looking forward to returning again! Check out Pie for gourmet pizza, Matt's Fish Camp for fresh catch, 99 Sea Level for a perfect dining experience. Hated to leave! Thank you, Valentina!"

  • Fall weekend

"This is the 4th year we've stayed at this house in the fall and it could not have been better. As always the house is beautiful and in great shape. There is plenty of room for our group to spread out and we even had an 80 degree day on Friday to sit out on the screened in porch and play card games. We're already picking dates for next year and I would recommend an off season visit if you want a getaway to the beach without all the crowds. Thanks for sharing the house!"
